A sex sting operation in Florida led to 160 arrests of sex workers and those who solicit their services, including a top cop from Georgia, the Polk County Sheriff's Office announced Friday.
The week-long sting, called "Operation Fall Haul II," was designed to find victims of sex trafficking, the sheriff's office said.
Investigators discovered at least two sex trafficking victims during the operation, and there could potentially be more, according to Sheriff Grady Judd.
"Our goal is to start services the moment that they are taken into custody and to treat them as what they are, victims, not as suspects in a criminal event," Judd said at a press conference.
Among those arrested in the operation were two Disney employees, a state corrections officer, several teachers and a deputy police chief from Georgia.
Cameron Burke was a high school IT expert from the city of Ocoee who was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student. He was released on bond and was busted during the sting for soliciting a prostitute.
Carlos Gonzales, an Osceola County math teacher, and John Layton, an Orange County physical education teacher, were also arrested in the operation.
Judd said Jason DiPrima, deputy police chief of the Cartersville Police Department in Georgia, is "no longer a police officer."
The Cartersville Police Department said in a press release that DiPrima had resigned from his post on Thursday. The department had previously placed him on administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
DiPrima was arrested for soliciting another for prostitution, lewdness or assignation.

Yet it is OK if a woman wants to be a police officer that increases her risk of murder. It is OK if a woman wants to be a healthcare worker where her exposure to diseases is far higher than normal.
Frankly, you want to deprive people of choosing their profession just like a liberal.
I believe in individual liberty.
With regard to diseases, look at nations where prostitution is legal and the far lower instances of STDs.
I think your healthcare costs should be higher if someone works as a prostitute, but so should the health insurance costs be higher for smokers, obese, etc.
Lastly, look at causes of death. STDs do not rank in the top 20 causes of death in the US which shows it is not as unhealthy as some make it.

Cops like these stings: easy arrest with very little risk of the perp violently resisting, and no political risks.
Not like trying to arrest black robbers, which carries all sorts of physical and political risks.
This Sheriff is something else. I watched a current video where he laid out a drug case involving several different law enforcement agencies stretching to Memphis and Fresno.
As I recall 185 persons were arrested, some being in Memphis TN and Fresno CA.
The drugs were in suitcases and flown from Fresno to Orlando on commercial flights

My ex-wife police officer, a pretty attractive woman, worked as a decoy prostitute at one time. It drove her crazy, literally. She would not dress provocatively. She dressed normally; jeans and woman’s shirt. But her “competition” was a bunch of straggly crack whores. Men who would probably not otherwise solicit a prostitute would solicit her, and I’m talking preachers, city councilman, the youth football coach, etc. All of them married. It killed her trust in men irrevocably. What was really sad is how stupid these men were. She would simply stand on a corner and wait for them to come to her. They had to vocalize an act and amount. Then she would point them to an alley to meet her where they would get arrested. When she first started I think she kind of put on an act, but later she didn’t even try. Just, “okay, what do you want and how much will you pay?”. One guy she worked with told me when she pointed the guys to the alley she looked like a cop directing traffic.
The most successful prostitutes are never arrested, and break all sorts of stereotypes about the business.
1) They live in a home in the suburbs. They do not rent, they pay a mortgage.
2) They limit their clientele to a small number of trusted “regulars”, who only visit by appointment on staggered days.
3) Payment is not directly associated with sex, in fact it is disassociated. It may use a business front, for which there are receipts. It may be in the form of fungible and/or valuable gifts.
4) Because it generally costs more, higher quality services, both sexual and non-sexual are provided. Cash is limited to $16,000 a year for tax free “gifts”, but that does not include fungible presents.
5) Confidentiality is guaranteed, all the way around.
I wonder what the number of those in prostitution voluntarily is in relation to those in sex slavery.
That’s too risky. Law enforcement officers could get harmed in the process . This is an easy way to acquire revenue and score political points with soccer moms to show that local law enforcement is actively cleaning up the community and stopping “sex trafficking” .

It isn’t my primary lane, but when not trying to blow stuff up and get rid of some very bad guys, I have gotten around, and been significantly involved in my off time, trying to locate missing children, as well as trying to help teenage and adult sex trafficked people for a good portion of my life. Mostly as a volunteer, and also trying to help as a counselor, and to communicate to any of these I could, that they really are loved by God, and He cares for them no matter how awful and broken, and dirty or worthless they may feel...
And without exception, they felt levels of worthlessness which were very hard to communicate.
Years ago, when occasionally given the opportunity to volunteer teach both high school and college courses, (including in Eastern Europe), I would occasionally get a chance to segregate the males and females for a separate ongoing satellite study I was involved.
I would have the males stand out in a hall with the door closed, where I could ask the females questions about what they might hope and desire the most in a husband. Overwhelmingly, regardless of country -
— #1. A husband who truly loved and cared for them, who would be kind and gentle with them, and would be willing to sacrifice his life for them, regardless of all their faults and failures.
— #2. Closely related to #1, hoping and dreaming they could have a husband who would not have “eyes for”, or desire emotional and sexual relationships with other women.
— #3. Closely related to #1 and #2, and nearly tied with #2, a husband whom they could feel freedom and security, and with whom it was safe to give their trust. As well, this was the only way they could feel both loved and free. Obvious overlap in answers.
— #4. A husband who would love and really care for their children.
— #5. A husband who would genuinely desire to show gentleness, politeness, and manners at home and in public with both them and their children.
Number one and two never changed position. Numbers 3 to 5 always remained 3 through 5.
This mirrored an organization my parents once worked for near Chattanooga, Tennessee, where parents were house parents for an organization which tried to provided family atmosphere to the children of parent’s who were incarcerated.
My mom and dad had care of 12 girls, ages 3 to 18.
I explicitly remember the heart wrenching crying of those girls, and as well, regardless of the abuse they had suffered )even at the hand of their parents), they never stopped loving their mothers and fathers. They were so broken over not being able to see, or to be loved by their parents. To be loved (by parents) was the most meaningful and deep desire of their lives, and they were denied knowing exactly that love.
Other “house parents” had the exact same experiences, including with boys.
I was young, but the truth of what I was experiencing with my parents trying so hard to love those girls, hearing them cry with my parents, combined with knowing how much my parents loved me, and how much I loved them, deeply impacted me for the rest of my life.
As such, I have worked with a number of ministries and law enforcement organizations involved in trying to help these truly valuable people.
What we/I have dealt with is utterly heart wrenching, humanly catastrophic, numbing, and near totally destructive, often with attempted suicide or suicide.
Just one of many examples, near last Christmas, while out shopping for family gifts (not even knowing gif I would see my family), I ran across what turned out to be a beautiful teenage girl trying to sell herself. It was obvious she was trying so hard to sell herself, and simultaneously trying so hard to be brave too.
My heart broke for her, so I very carefully passed by and struck up a totally “non-propositional” conversation.
Very quickly, (as I had spent most of a decade in Moscow years ago, before spending my life in the service and IC), I realized she was very young, very scared, spoke only enough English to survive, and had a Northern Russian accent. As I began to speak Russian with her, she almost totally lost it emotionally right there.
While speaking with her, she began to tremble, and I was able to spot her armed pimp, so now clearly elevating the very real danger to her.
I didn’t back down. I hit my SOS, and had already decided to go “all in” (life/death) with the pimp if necessary. In fact, I was so angry I was hoping he would confront me, and my first choice would have been to use my own hands. The human side of me would have ended him very painfully.
I found out she was probably 15 years of age (but had no passport), was afraid someone may have killed her mother, either while in the act of taking her (a year and a half prior), or maybe since she had been taken, as she was afraid for her mother’s life and really missed her. I had experienced this exact scenario before, where a mother and grandmother were executed not in Russia, but in Mexico, when their daughter was “resued” on our side. This Russian girl went wherever she was told, and did whatever she was told.
As well, she didn’t know what city she was in, or how she got there. At the time this was happening, I was in Phoenix, but she thought she was in Los Angeles.
While I was waiting for help and speaking with her, I noticed deformity in her fingers, which had been broken by someone along the way. Additionally, while trying to interve with this beautiful girl, I spotted another very young girl getting out of someone’s car about 50 m/y’s away.
The Russian girl I was not letting go, knew the other younger girl, and referred to her as her little sister in broken English.
I don’t know what became of these beautiful young girls who desperately needed someone to love them, and to find a way home, or a way out of the death spiral they were in.
One week later, while parked and eating my fast food in a proximal part Phoenix, a vehicle drove by about 40’ft from me, and unloaded 7 X 9mm steel slugs toward me.
The shooter missed me. However, one of the slugs would have hit me in the sternum if the 4” inch steel light pole hadn’t been there, according to the police supervisor. That specific bullet trajectory was perfectly aligned with my sternum. The other slugs managed to punch two radiators, rip a 3’ft section of the hood of an empty car between me and the shooter, hit the tree immediately in front of my hood, and ricochet off the pavement under my car. There were seven shots, but never found where the seventh hit.
By the way, (while predominantly weighted female), depending on the study, (and there are hundreds), somewhere between 70 to 90% of prostitutes have contemplated suicide multiple times, with roughly 45% to 60% actually attempting suicide.
The predominant family and anti-family pathology of prostitution is also just heart breaking.
There may be earthly reprobate exceptions to the rule involving some (and a rapidly growing number now), but there is no such thing as “NO VICTIMS” in either pornography or prostitution.
Not even literal prostitution, one of the well documented top reasons for divorce is pornography (lust for sexual partners aside from one’s spouse), and lack of trust due to other previous and present relationships, and lack of moral self control. In 120 years, the US has gone from low single digit divorce numbers, to roughly 60% now, and this also anchors the goal of total state/government control.
What God created to be beautiful between a husband and wife, Satan has sought to destroy from the beginning, and as so many times throughout history, now used to destroy our once God loving and largely biblically principled and derived Constitution and legal system.

When it was over, one of the warehouse type structures my friend entered into had more than 80 children and teens waiting exfill out of the US. Not INTO the US, but OUT of the US. These were to have been exported globally.
The major combined event never even made the news.
