that’s exactly what we did after WWII throughout the world, especially Europe. The US rebuilt Europe and Japan so that they would become major competitors of the US in every way.

Today Europe is better off economically and in proximity to completely rebuild Ukraine without a penny from the US.

There is a solution which would enable an end to the war and Russia to save face.

1. Quick way: Ukraine sells ethnic Russian majority areas like Crimea and the Donbass to Russia for cash.
   
2. Slow way: Said areas are granted a period of self-rule with scheduled elections monitored by a mutually agreeable neutral party such as Brazil every five years. It takes a 60% majority to vote to join either Russia or the Ukraine. In the meantime, said areas are demilitarized and receive payments from Russia to rebuild. The payments will continue (possibly at a declining rate) until said areas make such a decision or the war and rebuilding damages are paid off. Failure to achieve 60% maintains the status quo.

I predicted biden would send multi billions to Ukraine to rebuild it when the war ends. I didn’t know the nazis currently in power want to bankrupt this country by draining its assets and sending them somewhere else.
