Liberal media outlets and figures blamed a long-running water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi, on racism in the wake of Republican Gov. Tate Reeves declaring a state of emergency. --- Reeves warned residents of Jackson, the state’s capital, not to drink the tap water due to the failure of water pumps at the city’s main water treatment plant Monday after the Pearl River flooded. National Guard troops began assisting efforts to deliver bottled water to the city’s 180,000 residents. Many liberal media figures, including reporters from NBC and MSNBC hosts, claimed racism was the cause of the crisis.

They are, according to the report cited here, using these cases to prove JoeB’s recitation of “systemic racism”.
No mention of the underlying problems, no mention that these are very poor communities, or any mention that the nearly all black residents are seemingly incapable of voting out some unnamed unremarked ‘ruling white overlords who run the system’.
We are asked to believe that the few whites in these towns are either slave owners or that the blacks are creating ‘systematic racism’ on themselves. All to prove the laborious point of Biden’s divisive remarks.

What would happen long term, politically, if an economic collapse led to massive social upheaval, civil war and starvation? Would the “blue hives” see a population collapse if their required food, clean water, fuel and electricity stopped coming in?
I’m just thinking long range here about what might happen if the “great reset” actually leads to a great collapse? If Americans living in the big cities are at each others’ throats today, with all systems functioning, what will happen if those civilizational foundations are completely removed?
Government can “print” from the thin-air as much digital EBT money as they desire, but they cannot magically print food, clean water, electricity, gasoline, diesel, home heating oil etc. and distribute it to cities.
The capital city of Mississippi can’t provide safe drinking water for its population. This is just a pin-prick compared to what might be around the corner. Safe water for cities doesn’t “just happen,” much as we take it for granted. Is Jackson a harbinger of the future, or a rare outlier?
What happens when a NYC or LA can’t provide safe drinking water to their millions of already on-the-edge inhabitants? When the food trucks stop? No more gas and diesel, empty ATMs, empty supermarkets? What then?
No running water. No electricity. No garbage collection. No education. This is the end game of Leftist rule; a decent to the Stone Age.
Until they tear it out to sell to scrap metal merchants for tonight’s beer drunk.
My experience is that a white person in downtown Jackson is nothing but a target for the real racists. I had to stay in a hotel in downtown Jackson when I took my State boards and one could hear gunfire all night long from the locals. The place isn’t safe.
