Twitter users swarmed disgraced former CBS anchor Dan Rather's tweet which expressed confusion at the recent tonal shift in CNN’s reporting.
The newsman and liberal commentator tweeted that something is "going on" at the network on Friday and generated a wave of concern from liberals (and mockery from conservatives) that the network is abandoning the partisan political bent in its reporting.
Rather may have noticed, as did many other liberals on Twitter, the two CNN reporters who rebuked Biden’s political "MAGA Republican" speech for employing the U.S. Marines in its presentation.
For many liberals this was another concrete sign that CNN had begun its much talked about lurch away from partisan, left-wing politics that the network’s new boss has been seeking.

Too funny!
The font, some letters darker than others, and the raised "th" mimic a typewriter and point at how Dan Rather got caught forging and publishing Texas National Guard documents with false claims against President George W. Bush.
He typed up fake documents in Microsoft Word, printed them, and ran the copies of copies through a photocopier to make them appear old. He got caught within minutes by Buckhead, a poster right here on FreeRepublic, who pointed out that font kerning (auto-spacing characters), fonts, and other effects were not possible back when such National Guard documents were manually typed.
It was a monumental event in modern journalism. It exposed how far a journalist propagandist would go in an attempt to control an election, how their korporation would condone/allow it, and how low-IQ these con men truly are that they thought they could get away with such an amateur fraud. It was monumental event to have the new media exposed the frauds of the old media.
One good post highlighted how "One man CAN make a difference. Especially if he rallies an army to his side." That one man is Jim Robinson and also Buckhead who flagged the fake documents right away.

CBS exposed themselves as nothing but fraudsters. Dan Rather doubled down and still tried to claim they were accurate. CBS didn't fire him immediately because it would expose who they were as well. That Dan Rather is even quoted, interviewed, or sourced is a stain on whoever does it. He's a complete fraud.
