More than six months of war in Ukraine have led to huge losses of manpower and military equipment of the terrorist state of Russia. So, if the intensity of the war remains at the current level, Moscow will face a shell shortage by the end of 2022 and will have to reduce the use of artillery in order to save money, the article says.
In addition, the authors added that the expected "shell starvation" should coincide with a shortage of artillery pieces that become unusable on their own.

Yeah, right. I don’t believe anything written about Russia or Ukraine. I don’t care about either. We still have zero national interests in Ukraine. The Biden family interests are not national interests.
The Russians would be perfectly happy for us to believe this.

Wouldn’t surprise me. Also, Ukraine made the lenses for their military weapons. So, no surprise if Russia cannot produce/replace more weapons
