I was shocked to read that he is a Dem. He is sober and a sound thinker, qualities totally incompatible with being a Dem. To be a Dem, you have to really believe in endless ridiculous fantasies — socialism works, crime goes down with fewer police, EVs and wind power are our future, it is good to teach kindergarteners about perverted sex acts, higher taxes improve the economy, an endless supply of “free” money benefits the nation, there is no inflation or recession.
Would I celebrate the passing of doctors who did harm, who lied to their patients, who did what they were told by the state in order to keep their licenses and their paychecks coming? Who kept quiet instead of going public with what they saw, suspected, knew?
No.
But I am greatly relieved that they can do no more harm to people in their care.

You don’t seem to have any inhibitions about implying a lack of knowledge and experience on the part of others.
Such behavior is indefensible and changes the charges from negligent homicide to murder.
These firms claimed they needed 75 years to release the information. The information needed to be released the moment it was created. The EUAs would be predicated on it.
These governments and these korporations knowingly violated the Nuremberg Code.
Forcing experimental treatment on individuals was specifically addressed in the permissible experiments section of the Nuremberg Code in 1947. (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/) and included some of the more salient points here.
