Representative Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he will help “left-wing Democrats” win over Republicans who he believes do not respect democracy.
Anchor Chuck Todd asked, “I’m curious. Liz Cheney said in some cases. She may have to help a diagram win against an anti-democracy Republican win. Do you feel that is what you will be doing the next couple of years or so?”

Moderate democrats can’t for the most part get elected in certain districts and states, so the become Republicans for selfish reasons. Also, there are the spies and saboteurs put in place by the left to inform on and subvert the efforts of the Republicans. Some of these folks hold high positions in the Republican hierarchy. Don’t listen to what they say and the poses they make, look at the actions they take.

I recently have been reading ‘Team of Rivals’ by Doris Kearns Goodwin. It’s about the men Lincoln chose to be in his Cabinet. In it she discusses the changing attitude about slavery in the years before the outbreak of the Civil War.
Except for some extreme abolitionists, like now, the hatred was from the democrat slave owners towards Republicans not the other way round. Republicans wanted to limit the growth of slavery into the territories, they knew they had no Constitutional way of eliminating it where it legally existed.
Just as Lincoln was not even on the ballot in the slave states in 1860, the dems (in the name of ‘our democracy’ are trying to keep Trump off of the ballot in 2024. California even toyed with the idea of keeping him off its ballot in 2020. If Trump wins in 2024 I expect the deep state/democrats will do everything in their power to thwart his plans. I expect indictments from places like NY and DC. And, of course, there will be violent protests that go unpunished in cities and states with prosecutors sympathetic to the protestors.
All of history has shown that the progression of greater “mob rule” (demos— greek- kratos: rule). The original form of democracy was a direct democracy if small masses of people, then to so called “representative” democracy (which democrats seem to think is OUR form of government- it is not!) and so forth, ultimately leading to tyranny.
Tyranny requiring revolution to balance back to proper representation. This is why the FOUNDERS never used the word “democracy” in any of our founding documents, especially the Constitution. The British colonial system was and is a Tyranny—and we beat them to build a REPUBLIC.
As Ben Franklin said “a Republic if you can keep it”. Democrats since their founding as a party have been about dismantling our Constitution to achieve one party Tyranny. Period.

You won’t find “democracy” or “democratic” in either the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence. So there’s that.
Notice all these “principled conservatives(TM)” supporting the democrat candidates? Now, could someone explain to me exactly how such actions is based on conservative principles? How many (R)’s are in Congress who are actually a (D)? Kinzinger will be gone along with some of the other impeachment voters, and one other was recently booted (Cheney), but how many more is there that also need to be shown the door?
Also, I doubt Kinzinger’s influence will have an effect on any of the candidates’ races. He has served his purpose and the Ds has let him know he has outlived his usefulness.
