A Texas realtor has been charged with making terroristic threats after she was caught on camera hitting four Indian women while calling them “f—ing curry-assed bitches.”
Esmeralda Upton, 58, was arrested Thursday in Plano for the prolonged, hate-filled attack caught in a video that starts with her yelling at the women to “go back to f—ing India!”

I find it ironic that a lot of Mexican (Hispanic) legacy individuals bristle at the mere suggestion of an insult to their heritage.
One where they speak the language of former conquerors and are also described with a “Latin” catch-all - a name for a dead language/civilization....
What I meant was that is has to be speech in a threatening manner. I used the example give in the story.

as with most of these type videos, we don’t see what happened before the video started.

the truth is the vast majority of the worlds humans are Asians, and they will over-run us eventually.
Seems like violence or the threat of it is the only language they understand.
Last point, since our company started hiring all of them for IT contractor jobs - the most complaints to our HR department for ‘racism’ or ‘discrimination’ allegations come from these different castes. They are massively bias against each other - sickening!
And... do you consider that odd? If you moved to a foreign country to live, would you not consider strongly living in an American expatriate community there?

While i am very fond of our recent Indian immigrants, I cannot fathom why any ethnic or racial sector has a monopoly on polite reference from individual persons acting only for themselves. This includes the N Word, the justification of banning was that it encouraged violence by hate groups.
I say STFU and mind your own business and if you don’t like what people say about you, don’t associate with them.

I have lived over a large swath of the country, and I have daily seen harassment in the form of angry words. There is no law against that, as far as I know.
