Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz on Sunday defended former President Donald Trump after the FBI seized documents from the former commander-in-chief’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Dershowitz emphasized on Fox News Channel’s “MediaBuzz” that he voted against Trump twice and was “looking forward” to doing it again but said the FBI engaged in an “improper search” to obtain documents.

A liberal with an understanding and respect for the Constitution gives one hope for the future. Now if we can get him to understand the rest of the package.
But if he understands the Constitution so completely, surely he would understand the danger of voting for those who want it destroyed.
He’s trying to stay relevant here and per his admission, I’m not sold on his excellence.

I don’t believe Dershowitz that he voted against Trump twice. Dersh has had nothing good to say about Hillary or Biden or any Democrat, and has been on Trump’s side for 5 years, yet we are to believe he votes against Trump? I think he is saying that to burnish his own objectivity in people’s eyes.
So how would lying help his credibility?
To him, objectivity to speak on Trump matters more. He already has solid credibility.
May help keep him safe.

Never forget that he wrote a book called “Sexual McCarthyism”, decrying the attempts at impeaching His Slickness.
I’ve said this before: I am not impressed by Dershowitz’ alleged concern for the Constitution. The Democrats keep making a mockery of the Constitution and Dershowitz keeps voting for them.
Biden has told his aides that Trump should be indicted, for which there’s no legal justification. If it happens I’m sure Dershowitz will strongly object. We will be like banana republics where heads of state jail their political opponents at that point. Then in 2024, if it’s Trump vs Biden (or any Democrat who endorsed charging Trump), Dershowitz will not hesitate to vote for the Dem.
Dershowitz also strongly objected to Trump’s impeachment on Constitutional grounds. I actually think he has a mental disorder.
Dicowhitch lives among leftists. Saying he voted against Trump keeps them from bombing his house and firebombing his car. It's how leftists think.

Somehow he partitions his brain to allow himself to trash democrat lies and corruption yet he continues to vote for them.

Voting against Trump does not mean he voted for Xiden.
HE could have voted Libertarian or for Vermin Supreme (If he was on the ballot where Dershowitz lives.)
