Would officers shoot a five year old eventually?
His life or theirs.
“… Clay County District Court Judge David Law on Wednesday issued a gag order, preventing both law enforcement and defense lawyers from commenting on the case.
His order also directed Clay County Sheriff Jim Studdard to scrub from social media any statements his office had previously made about the case.…”

WTF - Who or what is this judge trying to protect?
I’m going to get some flak for this.
But a 5 year old can point and pull the trigger at least once.
and can kill.
That’s a nightmare beyond imagination.
Some peeps need series counseling.
All 5 year olds or some?
Stand and deliver!
I found the mug shot for Yasmine Hider.
I did not need to look.
LEOs probably wouldn’t but I don’t know about IRS agents hired for their willingness to use deadly force.
I know it will never be, but I wish these stories would include the type of ammo.
Because many times the outcome is what it is because of the ammo.
For instance 9mm round nose (ball), 9mm hollow point, 9 mm flat nose, 9mm wad cutter each has an entirely different effect. Even variations in hollow nose construction vary a lot.
And a .357 hollow point +P is dramatically different in effect.
In other words with the right ammo he might have lived.
The other gal, Pinkins, was also black. Seems they were part of a violent gang living in the national park. The young (white) couple were engaged to be married.
Safest thing to do is not help.
You have obligations to family and others that normally count on you.
Yep, the usual suspects.
As for the child, teaching them to hate young is part of certain inner-city demographics culture.
This is so wrong.
I remember stopping to help a young couple on the Gen. Geo. Crook trail on the Rim.
Needed a new tire. Went to Payson, got the tire and got them back to their car. 1987.
Just a call to 911 on the cell phone and they could have lived happily ever after.
National forest. There are no national parks in Alabama. I’ve camped in Alabama many times. Never had a bad experience. This is shocking and disturbing.
This is not the same country it was in 1987.
