In an interview with German online magazine Tichys Einblick, published on Thursday, Orban said he expects the European Union to emerge weaker in the global arena once the fighting in Ukraine is over.
The Hungarian leader argued that the West is incapable of winning the conflict militarily, and that the sanctions it has imposed on Moscow have failed to destabilize Russia. To make matters worse, the punitive measures have spectacularly backfired on Europe, he said.

That’s a great question for all the Russians hopping mad about the prospect of losing their Schengen visas to the EU. They seem to love the globohomo west and can’t get enough of it.

I admire many things about Orban, but he is completely blind on Russia and Putin.
The West CAN defeat Russia, if they WANTED to.
The sanctions have not “failed” and have not “backfired” against Europe.
The sanctions have ABSOLUTELY destabilized Russa and Russians all over the internet prove it with comments and videos.
Europe can easily replace Russian gas.
All the Russians have to do is get a cease fire and dangle a kilo of cocaine in front of Hunter. Russia and NATO will be best of buddies then. None of these people have the slightest of scruples. They aren’t fighting to help the Ukrainians. They have other agendas. War in the Ukraine fits that agenda. When this is over they will just move on to the next atrocity.
