Sounds like Judge Reinhart doesn’t want to be the next judge to get schnookered by the DOJ/FBI as in the case of the bogus FISA warrants......and then thrown under the bus once he has outlived his usefulness!!

For pop culture, the case is most memorable for the revelation that the 42nd president for a time stored the audio tapes in his sock drawer at the White House.
The tapes became the focal point of a 2009 book that Branch wrote.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. ultimately rejected Judicial Watch’s suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.
But Jackson’s ruling — along with the Justice Department’s arguments that preceded it — made some other sweeping declarations that have more direct relevance to the FBI’s decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago.
The most relevant is that a president’s discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

He’s possibly just giving them rope. The judge can do a lot here to repair a lot of damage back to 2016, and it’s all damage done by the FBI and DOJ. That fact speaks for itself and loudly.
That is the only thing they could argue would impact the case. That would have to be released if there is an indictment. I don’t think anything else could stand. Personally I think the entire thing should be released. Names and all.

1. The FBI judge shops.
2. They find the MOST partisan judge they can find.
Maybe one known to be personally involved and hates Trump.
3 FBI convinces judge ‘We got him! 100%”
4. FBI convinces judge he will be bigger than Woodward and Bernstein! He will be the Judge that saved America! Books! Movies! Talk Shows! TV goto 8 figure/ yearly punditry!
5. Fbi Raids.
6 Does not get Nuclear Bomb Plans. Signed deal with Putin, Un and the Ayatollah.
7. Fbi says, “we’re all in this together, Judge”..
8. Fbi says “Well this judge signed the warrant, not our fault.”
9. Judge knows he is going to be tarred and feathered. Goes into damage control tries to distance redirect and put it back on FBI..
now we are at the finger pointing blame game act of our little play. Who you gonna believe? the Tainted bias Judge? Or the FBI heroes?
