Witnesses?!? Agents?!? Why?!?
That is the only thing they could argue would impact the case. That would have to be released if there is an indictment. I don’t think anything else could stand. Personally I think the entire thing should be released. Names and all.
I would put money on this..

Maybe one known to be personally involved and hates Trump.

5. Fbi Raids.
6 Does not get Nuclear Bomb Plans. Signed deal with Putin, Un and the Ayatollah.
7. Fbi says, “we’re all in this together, Judge”..
8. Fbi says “Well this judge signed the warrant, not our fault.”
9. Judge knows he is going to be tarred and feathered. Goes into damage control tries to distance redirect and put it back on FBI..
now we are at the finger pointing blame game act of our little play. Who you gonna believe? the Tainted bias Judge? Or the FBI heroes?
