Democratic consultant and political commentator James Carville said in an interview with The Hill TV that former President Trump’s alleged mishandling of top secret documents could be the biggest story since the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Carville said, “This Mar-a-Lago story which might be the biggest story since 9/11. That’s not going anywhere. It’s not going anywhere. So if you are a Democrat, you are going to get asked about inflation. If you are a Republican, you are going to get asked about Trump. We can say inflation is bad. They can’t say Trump is bad.”

We cannot say “Trump is bad.”
We CAN and SHOULD say “FBI is bad.”
It could be if those who orchestrated it have their asses thrown in jail.
I like Carville, not his politics much. But he really does have a good eye for the pulse of issues.

What Carville deceitfully omits is this issue is a slow hanging curveball in which the Democrat transformation of the Federal Government into a 21st century police state,and the urgent need to disband it by any and every means necessary can be driven home.
He’s been more level-headed lately.
On this, maybe not so much. It’s possible that Trump screwed up, but even so, like Jan 6, it is mostly a snoozer of an incident. At least, compared to what Dems habitually do, condone, enable and celebrate.

The raid was one of the biggest abuses of power in American history. That might lead to events whose impact rivals the impact of 9/11.

Some woman legal expert on Tucker’s show tonight said that ANYTHING they find in the search of all the documents they took can be used against Trump. This was a major fishing expedition.
It is one of the biggest stories but not for the reasons carville is thinking…
