On a side note, given the amount of time it takes to get an application, vet the applicant to make sure they meet the minimum requirements(in this case one that includes acumen in all things financial), background investigation, training, and then field training and into the world…..if anyone thinks they’re gonna be able to get 87,000 agents, I gotta bridge to sell you.

Theory: These kids are being trained to fail in a real life situation, leaving the door open for battle hardened troops to come in to finish the job.
Why? To create further sympathy for poor IRS agents and turn public opinion against gun owners and right-wingers in general.

Attorney Robert Barnes said he used to do tax defense cases for clients and said that half of the IRS agents are psychopaths as it is and none of them know anything about tax laws. Barnes is always full of useful information like that.
I know you don’t mean to insult me and I know we are both on the same side but I am not being disingenuous.
If the IRS today has the power of putting a person in prison for deliberately or accidentally falsifying a tax return or questionnaire statement, or being unable to come up with thousands of dollar after their ruling, and the right to withhold salary and bonuses and to take bank account and other wealth assets.....then what NEW factor makes them believe they would have to shoot their weapons?
As the early books and speeches of Robert J. Ringer (libertarian——I am not one) pointed out, the government has violence and guns behind its every move. He knew that sounded incendiary and exaggerated so he went into a few details and end the scenarios with “so deputies would then point their rifles and sidearms at you and handcuff you.” Can’t be denied. He said most transactions in a day include our total compliance with the government’s power and we all get used to it-——but there are loaded weapons they will use against any of us.
So why does the IRS think they will be using MORE weapons, this time their agents’ hands, to go along with the existing law enforcement and the military they can command?
My loaded and leading questions was perhaps disingenuous after all.

I forgot one of my main points due to my upset over this armed IRS business.
If the IRS has to answer in what situation they believe they would fire weapons and thus need to arm themselves, would the “independents”, “moderate Democrats” and GOP voters recoil at the idea of picturing themselves confronted with newly armed IRS agents who might start shooting them at any given moment?
Some things upset people such as carjackings with their child still strapped in the child seat, a woman jogger being suddenly grabbed and pushed into a van to be beaten, raped and killed, and anyone in a city public place being mugged or pushed in front of a moving subway train. Even when the captive Dem media try to spin it nicely.
So, maybe in the twilight of America a few people might say:
I pay my taxes. And if you think you can shoot me or my family by arming your predatory IRS agents then F—— Off.
Maybe.
Not a bad theory. Let the kids initiate contact, ferret out the fighting Americans, then send in troops.
Oh, they can get them quickly enough. Your later point about "Diversity" hiring is how that will be done.
The minimum requirements will be "have a pulse" and "be willing to use lethal force". These folks are just bullet magnets anyway. They don't need much in the way of skills.
Federal SWAT teams will be called in to kill resisters when the idiots from the IRS get themselves shot. They will make examples of anyone who is available to persecute. That will keep the peasants obedient.

If this video is not a spoof, that would be the only purpose. Either they go in blasting away or they get the gun taken away and used on them.

It’s not as easy as you think. They can lower standards all they want. At the end of the day, the people still have to go through background checks, get clearances and pass the training.
And if they make it through all of that, how many will actually go out and work?
