That bill had the word “tax” in it over 100 times.

It’s a cash grab.

Climate change policy is about saving the planet the same way CoupFlu policy is about protecting public health and inflation policy is about controlling the cost of living.

Actually I believe he knows full well what he is doing.

There’s no way he could spend a lifetime in DC and not be know what the implications of this legislation are.

Two more years of this and there won’t be much left of this once great country.

I keep seeing varying amounts for the amount of spending in this bill. Some say $400 Billion, some say $738 Billion. What gives ?

Showering crony capitalists with free money won’t fight inflation.

So, Biden is saying the FED can’t do it. Takes govt spending to lower inflation. If inflation doesn’t go down, Democrats will need to pass another bill. If it does go down, they’ll take credit for it.

Classic Dem “Heads I Win, Tails you lose” strategy.

The widely varying price tag is what happens when the document is partly written in disappearing or invisible ink, which magically shifts depending on the target reader.

Legerdemain is the ruling factor here. The numbers are dexterously switched and the means to pay for all this is hidden in a complex means of double-entry bookkeeping meant to conceal rather than explain.

He’ll test positive for covid tomorrow.

With his wife positive, he has to be positive again already. I think they just didn’t report it so he could sign this terrible legislation.

I didn’t realize the Democrats could squeeze out a bill like this with such a slim majority? I guess I was wrong.

He might think ‘Inflation’ is increasing CO2 gas.

Or his pants bulging when sniffing hair.

Yes for sure.

The only concrete way to stop inflation is to slow down the money spigot, monetarily and fiscally. By printing less dollar bills and massively cutting government spending. Anything else is just the government trying to fool us that they have this under control.

I don’t recall the final vote tallies, but I did hear a clip of him angrily yelling about how the Democrats in Washington stood for the American people and the Republicans stood for the Anti-American special interests or something like that.

Even when he gets a win, in his mind, he still comes off as a bitter and angry person schooling and yelling at the audience, in this case, the American people

He was sure coughing a lot recently. It may not be tomorrow, I’ll give them a couple days and watch as he tests positive again, for the third time.

The local Peacock affiliate in Connecticut had a big thing on Facebook this morning about how he’s signing a climate and healthcare bill. They wouldn’t even call it the inflation reduction act. I have to imagine the internal polling on this monstrosity is absolutely terrible, hence all of a sudden dropping the name of the actual bill.
