These are not public schools. They’re grooming centers.

These sick perverts get worse by the day. I'm so glad I'm at the end stretch of my life. The America I grew up in and proudly served for 11 years no longer exists. The Dems/socialists/commies are close to having their Utopia.

There will be no Civil War II. There will be no Revolution II. The populace is too disengaged with the devolution of their own Nation. Better to watch the latest episode of "Housewives of Who Gives a Shit", or the newest MTV rip-off of "Jersey Shore" for the Millenials and Gen-X.

I'm sure there are many Patriots who want to fight against this dismantling of the greatest Nation the world has ever seen. But how do they do that with today's high tech intel screening? There is no way to communicate without the governments listening. For the dedicated, I suggest Swamp Rats research. Sorry, too old to help. I'll just do my end years with my wife and doggie.

The absolute worst thing Jimmy Carter ever did was to establish the Federal Department of Education.

We managed to survive all of the crap policies Carter bestowed upon us during his Presidency, but the DOE is still with us today.

It needs to be completely shut down.

I read that there are a bunch of gays who are lobbying on Twitter to kick the trannies out of team gay because gays don't deny gender, they are all about it but they just use it all wrong. And so they are not on board with supporting all this non-binary gender fluid BS.

I can't believe I finally found a gay lobbying movement that I can get behind. We need to stop letting this tiny sliver of mentally ill trannies pour acid on our entire culture.

Ask not why your kids need to be exposed to drag queens, ask why drag queens want your kids to be used to having them around.

Communists always go after the kids.

Communists always go after God/Christ’s followers and Christian morals.

Communists always go after “free speech”.

Communists always go after guns so we cannot defend ourselves.

Biden is a disposable avat. Obama and his fellow marxist travellers are running the show.

This is a hostile takeover of the United States, by marxists.

And at least half of Rs don’t care.

Thank you for referencing that article george76. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

if parents were making sure that their children were being taught the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended for those powers to be understood, then children would be probably be able to calm parents down by explaining the following major constitutional problems with so-called Biden Administration school policy to them.

Military training issues aside, patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend for anything that goes on at INTRAstate schools.

More specifically, not only has the Supreme Court clarified that Congress cannot appropriate taxes in the name of state power issues, but also consider the following.

President Thomas Jefferson, in a State of the Union address, also Justice Joseph Story, had both indicated that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution before Congress could tax and spend for intrastate schooling — something that the states have never done!

Additionally, the only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits Congress's power to make sex protection laws to voting rights problems according to the excerpt above from United States v. Butler..

"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Also, although the article didn't mention so-called “federal” funding (correction welcome) , I surmise that the Biden Administration is threatening the loss of Title IX funding for schools that don't comply with desperate Democratic, politically correct, vote-winning civil rights.

In other words, the feds are threatening the states with the loss of what is arguably state revenues that the feds stole from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes (Gibbons v. Ogden excerpt above) if the states don't comply with unconstitutional Democratic child abuse front-ended as social engineering.

The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big federal government oppressing everybody under its boots...

The states need to eliminate the unconstitutional middleman, the unconstitutionally big federal government, from “helping” the states to manage their revenues.

More specifically, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to start supporting their Trump-endorsed MAGA candidates for state lawmakers ASAP to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, and likewise unconstitutional interference in state affairs.

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, had emphasized that the Founding States had left the care of the people to the states, not the federal government.

”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)

So MAGA candidate state lawmakers need to lead ALL the states to effectively "secede" from the unconstitutionally big federal government by repealing the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular vote for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A).

Once 16&17A are gone, unconstitutional federal taxes permanently stopped, each state will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues (imo) that can be used to increase teacher salaries, also salaries of police and fire departments for starters.

Let's also include new state funding for infrastructure maintenance in that list. Undoubtedly many other state social spending programs as well to replace former unconstitutional federal spending programs.

In fact, Justice Louis Brandeis had seemingly reflected on Bingham's words (above) when Brandeis volunteered his "laboratories of democracy" metaphor to emphasize the unique power of the states to serve the people, ultimately depending on the kind of state social spending programs that the legal majority citizen voters of a given state want.

"[...] a single courageous State may, if its citizens choose, serve as a laboratory; and try novel social and economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country." —Justice Louis Brandeis, Laboratories of Democracy.

Corrections, insights welcome.

But most parents will still keep their children in public school even when public schools will be striving to get all the kids mutilated and sterilized.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
