Team Biden’s proposed new Title IX regulations make it clear: They’re coming for your children.
...
Biden is handing teachers a weapon to subvert parental prerogatives.
...
This change has far-reaching implications. One is that it will be used to keep parents in the dark on everything from curricular material to the fact that a child is socially transitioning at school.
...
Because this new Title IX frames gender ideology as an anti-discrimination issue, schools won’t have to seek parental permission for children to participate in lessons on choosing and changing one’s sex. Indeed, schools will very likely use Title IX’s anti-discrimination mandate to justify denying parental opt-outs from these controversial lessons.
The rules will also grant children an absolute right to use school facilities and participate in activities “consistent with their gender identity,” regardless of whether their parents agree or are even aware of said identity.
A mother in Washington state, for example, told me school officials asked her 11-year-old daughter if she wanted to stay in the boys’ cabin on an upcoming field trip without talking to the mother first. The regulations will give legal backing for such actions all across the country.
...
A parent who refuses to use a child’s preferred pronouns, declines to fill a prescription for puberty blockers or decides against sending a gender-confused child to an affirming therapist thus is “discriminating” against his or her child.
This is already happening to families around the country. A California father recently told me that his daughter’s school filed a report with Child Protective Services after officials found out he and his wife weren’t referring to their daughter by her preferred male name.

There is no slippery slope toward loss of liberty, only a long staircase where each step down must first be tolerated by the American people and their leaders. Alan K. Simpson (1931- ), US Senator.
I’ll go a step further. If you don’t take your kids out of public school you are a bad parent. No excuses.
Biden is a disposable avat. Obama and his fellow marxist travellers are running the show.
This is a hostile takeover of the United States, by marxists.
And at least half of Rs don’t care.

No Big Deal!
Our communist masters know that the pathetically servile Aamerican sheeple will just continue to roll over and spread their collective cheeks...
Bow down!... Obey!... Snitch!...
The first State to make it an Act of Child Abuse, and removal of the child, children from the home by CPS permanently, for any Federal Employee who sends their child to any school but the Public School in their neighborhood, will END THIS CRAP overnight.
These people are not right in the head.
Soulless zombies.
Sexual mutilators (with no scientific proof that having 'feathers surgically inserted under skin makes a person a bird' became a bridge too far.
Insisting these "T" folks have a right to teach mutilation to five year olds crossed another line and we threw all sexual weirdos out. Tossed into the same basket and tossed out. NO, they may not destroy our children in the name of some weirdo sexual kink.
How does that work? The cameras will not be allowed. Duh.
Beat me to it. Amen.
But there are exceptions. A poor, single parent family could not afford private school and must work to provide for their family. They aren’t left with many options. I would be an advocate for school vouchers, but with government money come government strings.
Actually a good female friend of mine, also a former Marine, said to me one day about 2 years ago, “It’s gonna stop being cute when they start f***ing with peoples’ kids.” Well, they started f***ing with people’s kids. And from news reports, I’d say there are an awful lot of engaged and angry parents. Those PTA meetings might just get a tad spicy. I stand ready with popcorn, to watch with glee as they get exactly what’s coming to them.
C’mon Vet-—suck it up one more time. If you can grit your teeth until November we should be able to start turning some of this cheap krap around. What you have to notice is that the busybodycommie crowd is working their butz off to do all the damage they can in the next few months. I believe they see a really big light coming at them in a 3 month long tunnel.
FedGov is already putting the screws to private schools. Many of the private mission schools that serve poor communities take Dept. of Agriculture money.
It really doesn’t matter where you go, it doesn’t matter if you move to Namibia, the GloboHomo is after you. GloboHomo won’t be stopped by trying to avoid them.
Probably but it will take years. In the meantime untold damage to our kids will be done and many parents needlessly threatened and harassed.
Another reason to home school your kids.
if parents were making sure that their children were being taught the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended for those powers to be understood, then children would be probably be able to calm parents down by explaining the following major constitutional problems with so-called Biden Administration school policy to them.
Military training issues aside, patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend for anything that goes on at INTRAstate schools.
More specifically, not only has the Supreme Court clarified that Congress cannot appropriate taxes in the name of state power issues, but also consider the following.
President Thomas Jefferson, in a State of the Union address, also Justice Joseph Story, had both indicated that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution before Congress could tax and spend for intrastate schooling — something that the states have never done!
“The great mass of the articles on which impost is paid is foreign luxuries, purchased by those only who are rich enough to afford themselves the use of them. Their patriotism would certainly prefer its continuance and application to the great purposes of the public education, roads, rivers, canals, and such other objects of public improvement as it may be thought proper to add to the constitutional enumeration of federal powers [emphasis added].” —Thomas Jefferson: 6th Annual Message, 1806." (Jefferson is indicating that Congress cannot tax and spend in the name of intrastate infrastructure imo.)
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"The power to regulate manufactures is no more confided to congress, than the power to interfere with the systems of education, the poor laws, or the road laws of the states [emphasis added]." —Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2, 1833.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Additionally, the only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits Congress's power to make sex protection laws to voting rights problems according to the excerpt above from United States v. Butler..
"19th Amendment:The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
Also, although the article didn't mention so-called “federal” funding (correction welcome) , I surmise that the Biden Administration is threatening the loss of Title IX funding for schools that don't comply with desperate Democratic, politically correct, vote-winning civil rights.
In other words, the feds are threatening the states with the loss of what is arguably state revenues that the feds stole from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes (Gibbons v. Ogden excerpt above) if the states don't comply with unconstitutional Democratic child abuse front-ended as social engineering.
The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big federal government oppressing everybody under its boots...
The states need to eliminate the unconstitutional middleman, the unconstitutionally big federal government, from “helping” the states to manage their revenues.
More specifically, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to start supporting their Trump-endorsed MAGA candidates for state lawmakers ASAP to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, and likewise unconstitutional interference in state affairs.
In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, had emphasized that the Founding States had left the care of the people to the states, not the federal government.
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
So MAGA candidate state lawmakers need to lead ALL the states to effectively "secede" from the unconstitutionally big federal government by repealing the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular vote for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A).
Once 16&17A are gone, unconstitutional federal taxes permanently stopped, each state will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues (imo) that can be used to increase teacher salaries, also salaries of police and fire departments for starters.
Let's also include new state funding for infrastructure maintenance in that list. Undoubtedly many other state social spending programs as well to replace former unconstitutional federal spending programs.
In fact, Justice Louis Brandeis had seemingly reflected on Bingham's words (above) when Brandeis volunteered his "laboratories of democracy" metaphor to emphasize the unique power of the states to serve the people, ultimately depending on the kind of state social spending programs that the legal majority citizen voters of a given state want.
"[...] a single courageous State may, if its citizens choose, serve as a laboratory; and try novel social and economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country." —Justice Louis Brandeis, Laboratories of Democracy.
Corrections, insights welcome.
Exactly. My kids tell me EVERYTHING!!!!!
But most parents will still keep their children in public school even when public schools will be striving to get all the kids mutilated and sterilized.
