A bulletin from the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Bureau of Investigation was sent to law enforcement agencies warning of increased threats following the FBI's execution of the search warrant at former President Trump's Florida estate.
In the days since the warrant was executed, the FBI and DHS have seen an increase in "violent threats" against law enforcement, judiciary and government personnel, including a particular threat to "place a so-called Dirty Bomb in front of FBI headquarters," according to the bulletin.
"General calls" for "civil war" and "armed rebellion" have also increased in recent days on social media.
The bulletin states that many of the threats include references to the claim that the 2020 election was stolen, in addition to other perceived claims of government overreach.
Several of the threats are specific, according to the bulletin, which states that "the FBI and DHS have identified multiple articulated threats and calls for the targeted killing of judicial law enforcement and government officials associated with the Palm Beach search, including the Federal judge who approved the Palm Beach search warrant."

I don’t remember when the FIB was apolitical. Hoovers spying on MLK and others was political. Their cointelpro operation in the late 60s-early 70s was totally political and led to the Church committee hearings. Their murders at Ruby Ridge under Bush were political, as was the massacre at Mt Carmel. Clinton weaponized the Irs and fbi in the 90s. I remember an agent of my acquaintance upset about how Clinton was using them. Long story short, fbi has been a secret police operation most of its existence. The law enforcement function is merely a cover.
If FBI agents are afraid of powerless citizens venting their feeling about illegal searches and seizures, they should call their local police department
Real cops deal with criminals and actions not just with ‘words and thought crimes against sexual weirdos and other protected ‘victim groups.

Heck, Georgia Tech used to have a pretty serious research reactor on campus. It was shut down in 1995 and decommissioned in 1999, so over two decades ago. To your point.
