Michael Mukasey also saying they can do these raids to uncover other evidence that is not on the warrant and they ca USE that information, so basically a fishing expedition most likely regarding Jan 6th as the Jan 6th commission fizzles out, it’s a life line prayer.

“He said the President’s counsel was present on site.” Yes, standing outside of the house while ~30 FBI agents were inside for about 9 hours. She also arrived more than an hour after they went inside. She did not impress me in the interview I watched. I hope she has more qualifications than a law degree and being attractive.

So, what Garland said was apparently legally correct but misleading as hell. Basically a lie, if what I was told that counsel was prevented from access to the search. Being at the site is irrelevant if not granted access to the search.

I agree. Trump has something for good-looking women working for him, which is fine, but they tend to betray him and he needs an absolute pit bull to stand up to these monsters.

That is true they can use it, but (IMO) it is dirty if the real reason was for January 6 or the 2020 election issues. If they did this by using the smokescreen of the National Archives, because they didn’t have probable cause to search for other reasons... Seems very dishonest and corrupt to me.
