Former President Donald Trump and his legal team have no plans to release a copy of the search warrant used to raid Mar-a-Lago on Monday, leaving it up to the Department of Justice to detail the reasons for the unprecedented operation, according to a new report.
“No, we’re not releasing a copy of the warrant,” NBC News quoted a source close to the 45th president as saying.
Trump attorney Christina Bobb did not immediately respond to a request for confirmation from The Post.
The report comes one day after Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio), the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray requesting details on the evidence used to justify the raid.

According to earlier stories the reason for the warrant is sealed, and there was no copy given to the lawyer present during the raid - I’d hold off on any judgement here.
The more confusion the State generates, the more they hope to make things look bad for DJT.

That’s because his attorneys don’t have it.
The warrant is apparently sealed.
In case the warrant presented to them doesn’t match internal DOJ, court, and FBI docs.
To make them own it. The FBI/DOJ got the warrant. Make them produce it and defend it. I wouldn’t release it either.

Anything pertinent would have been leaked by now.
Everybody knows that the real issue isn’t the existence of a warrant, even though that is a requirement, because it appears there was a warrant.
The real issue is the declaration on the warrant of the existence of probable cause of a crime required by the 4A BEFORE a search is conducted. If the warrant lacked reasonable evidence of probable cause of a crime, the warrant is invalid.
I believe they didn’t have probable cause and I hope this blows up big time in their face by
1) increasing the number of America First officials elected around the country and,
2) getting the perps convicted of their crimes.
It’s sealed. Trump has no copy of any affidavit. The judge sealed that.
Trump is correct. Make Justice make their statement as to the rationalization of their raid. Trump’s team can then refute the raid. It is in the court of Justice.
Exactly what I was thinking. Why should Trump go out there and talk about this. The corrupt FBI and DOJ own this outrage.
