If I am not mistaken, the rotation rate of any planet will naturally decrease due to rotational energy being naturally dissipated by (to shorting things considerably) gravy “waves” carrying off a bit of energy constantly. Those pushing the idea that climate change is controlling the Earth’s rate of rotation proves the poor scientific discipline that makes up their practice. Their study of the climate is doing a horrible job at explaining what is going on in the environment. It is like the medical doctrine 100 years ago saying that the imbalance of humors (chemical systems regulating human behaviour), or dyscrasia (”bad mixture”), was the direct cause of all diseases. Their method of fighting the bad spirit of climate is to raise the shrunken head against the bad spirit of CO2.
