The name Cheney will not receive any votes from either conservatives nor liberals. If a woman was going to run in 2024, Nikki Haley has the best chance, although Tulsi Gabbard would also be a choice.

I think she may. All she or some other 3rd party candidate has to do is siphon enough voters away from Trump to keep him from winning. In her mind Trump losing IS winning.
