Lets say nothing about the Russians operating a major artillery installation inside the Zaporizhzhia reactor complex.

War is always nasty. To believe that everyone adheres to the “rule book” is pure folly.

No doubt that both Russia and Ukraine have committed war crimes. No one is innocent on the field of battle.

Unfortunately reactors aren’t protected by the Geneva Convention on War Crimes.

Exactly. Human rights monitors report this stuff because it’s their job. Seasoned ones know it’s just part of war in these circumstances, particularly in some parts of the world. At the same time, if the other side strikes those same civilian areas, they report that, too, but note there were military targets among the civilians.

So, in a war between the Big Russians, and the Little Russians, one finds that both sides to behave like Russians.

Working out how the White Russians will behave should they enter this war is left an an exercise for the reader.

This happened in the conflicts in former Yugoslavia in the 1990s, in the war in Libya, etc. It’s happened a lot in this war in Ukraine.

Such laughable disinfo. Yeah, the Russians want all that radiation blowing over their troops on its way to Russia. Amnesty International, more Putin stooges, right? When you have a corrupt DC oligarch placed satrap calling the shots in Ukraine be prepared to continue making excuses for such atrocities.

Russia, in case you have missed in since Feb, does not give a democrat’s rear end about troops or radiation.

Ukraine is using their own people as human shields, and have been doing so since the start.

Guess Amnesty International is now “Putin’s Stooge!”
/S

There are no good guys here. But Russia is doing what they said they would, for years and years. NATO and the US kept poking the bear. Now Ukraine is paying for it in blood. With the DOS calling the shots.

We (the US) are not in the right on this at all. I agree with Randand Howley.
