Former President Donald Trump enjoys majority support in a hypothetical 2024 Republican primary race, a Harvard-Harris survey reveals.

The survey asked respondents, “If the Republican presidential primary for the 2024 election was held today, who would you vote for?” It gave respondents a series of choices, including Trump, Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC).

A clear majority of Republicans, 52 percent, said they would support Trump in a 2024 GOP primary election. No other candidate came close, as DeSantis fell 33 percent behind with 19 percent of the vote.

No other candidate even garnered double digits, as Pence came in third place with seven percent support, followed by Haley with five percent.

I'd favor Mickey Mouse over this back bench.

Haley is NOT eligible-—both parents are from India & ere NOT citizens in USA when she was born.

She is NOT NBC.

I would love to see a Trump-DeSantis “dream ticket” in ‘24.

We already have a Mickey Mouse administration. You’ll need to write in some one else. I’m thinking the tow truck from Cars. Larry The Cable guy is smarter than anyone inside the beltway. IMO.

Not that I would vote for her but Haley is eligible under the 14th Amendment because she was born in South Carolina and is under the jurisdiction of the United States. Her parents’ citizenship doesn’t matter. Like it or not, that it was the courts’ would rule.

I call BS on this poll. Judas Pence gets no more
than 1 to 3 percent backing. The base dispices him.

The votes and the dels will likely be much closer by 24.

I'll vote for our nom in the general, and I'll vote for DeSantis in my state's primary.

Much to unfold and learn in the next 2 years.

Trump will have to establish residency in a different state or Florida’s EV votes will not be available.

That did not stop Obummer from occupying White House for 8 long years. You may need to get familiar with the modern world.

Can someone please explain how/why the dems and anyone else who hates my President... how can they make the charges they are making. I know the lies.... but these charges are made by high ranking dopes... and where are the republicans defending their President?

I’m sorry to sound like I’ve been on an island for a few years...I’ve been right here.. but this stuff is to the point where it makes no sense... unless I’ve missed Trump trying to overturn a legit election!!!! and phone calls? where was I when that happened? where is this stuff coming from.. ?

I am an ardent Trump voter... love the guy and all he has done. If I’m sitting there seeing all this stuff against Trump... what does the voter who doesn’t know much.. and votes.. what does he/she think? Do they believe the media?

ON that note... if I were in the position and money was no problem.. I’d put forth the effort to sue the life out of those who are saying this stuff!!! Trump can’t do that? why hasn’t he?

If they in their position can go after one man so hard... why can’t that man get every one of them who dare to try to destroy this country... the man..and the people!!!

There has never been a time like this ...nor an attack like this.. nor the dislike and hate for one man. Over the target? Yes, but Washington is gonna either cleaned out or this United States is DONE!!

I always say you can spend billions on lawyers trying to overturn every bill that Baraq signed based on his lack of citizenship. It will enrich lawyers but not change any laws.
