Not that I would vote for her but Haley is eligible under the 14th Amendment because she was born in South Carolina and is under the jurisdiction of the United States. Her parents’ citizenship doesn’t matter. Like it or not, that it was the courts’ would rule.
That did not stop Obummer from occupying White House for 8 long years. You may need to get familiar with the modern world.
