In order for the injured to win, they will have to show fraud. Which in this case should not be hard. And they will have to demonstrate that the 3rd party company designed to insulate the drug companies to legal responsibility will have to be exposed as part of the fraud. But, Yes, this is going to be one for the record book. Never in the history of the world has anything on this scale taken place. We are totally in uncharted waters.

Since Murphy barely eked out a victory for re-election last year - thanks mostly to fraud in Camden, Newark, etc. - he is term-limited. I would not be surprised if Murphy has designs on running in '24 to replace SloJoe. Any RINO running against him would be too "honorable" to bring up the nursing home deaths. That's why we need a fighter to bring it straight to these mofos!
