Mysterious Missiles Strike Grain Facility at Ukraine Port One Day After Russia and Ukraine Sign Grain Export Deal
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | July 23rd, 2022 | Sundance

Posted on 07/23/2022 4:07:32 PM PDT by Mariner

Let me say from the outset, with a degree of specific assurance we generally reserve for other matters, Russia had nothing to do with the targeting of a grain facility in the port city of Odesa. Geopolitically and strategically, such an action would be against their interests. These events have the smell of the U.S. State Dept and CIA all over them.

Start by first reviewing the agreement between Russia and Ukraine that was announced yesterday. July 22 (Reuters) – Russia and Ukraine signed a landmark deal on Friday to reopen Ukrainian Black Sea ports for grain exports, raising hopes that an international food crisis … can be eased.” NATO country Turkey, specifically Recep Erdogan, brokered the deal between Russia and Ukraine. Ignore the narrative engineering and WATCH:

Russia was particularly a geopolitical beneficiary from the agreement itself. No longer could NATO and the western alliance blame Russia for the void in gobal food markets associated with the conflict in Ukraine.

From the perspective of Russian President Putin, the grain movement through the port city of Odesa was a net benefit. “Russia has taken on the obligations that are clearly spelled out in this document. We will not take advantage of the fact that the ports will be cleared and opened. We have made this commitment,” said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

“I seem to remember a US airline shot down over Long Island Sound by the US forces under Clitnon.”

You really ARE unhinged.

Possibly. We’re not running any AWACS in Ukraine ot the Black Sea so anything coming out of Crimea can’t be tracked as it’s over the horizon from NATO airspace.

There is considerable suspicion that TWA800 was downed by a sub launched SAM.

There are parts of Ukraine that have belonged to Russia since the 1800’s.

As did Poland, Finland and the Baltic states. The Russian Empire is over and these people have the right of independence and self-determination.

...........I honestly believe the Russian government, the Ukranian government and the American Government about the same. That’s a sad situation but let’s see.......the Warren Commission, the Tonkin Gulf, weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, our elections are fair and honest, Afghanistan surrender and the list goes on almost infinitely.

“There is considerable suspicion that TWA800 was downed by a sub launched SAM.”

And there is considerable suspicion that it was downed by a terrorist launch just off Long Island, as it was mistaken for an El Al flight.

And there is considerable suspicion that it was brought down by a bomb on board.

Suspicion is fun for late night talk radio programs, or “What ifs” over beers; but they remain just that: Creative or immaginative possibilities (which is the definition of “suspicion”).

There was no US sub identified as being off Long Island. There is no evidence at all of a sub-launched missile. Think about it for a second: Long Island and vicinity are full of commercial air traffic from NYC. No US test or exercise would fire off SAMs anywhere near a recognized high-traffic commercial corridor.

Who do you believe on this? Russia or Ukraine?

Russia for the reasons Sundance articulates.

Ukraine, the Biden regime and NATO have lied repeatedly through out this war. The "liberal world order" is the modern-day evil empire.

I am not saying that this is what happened. But I wll say that a physics-defying CIA cartoon didn’t convince me that non-explosive jet fuel exploded.

And I’m still interested in finding out why the CIA took lead on an investigation that should have been the jurisdiction of the NTSB.

“Russia decided to invade Ukraine and is responsible for whatever happens.”

Sure.

If you want to construct your world that way, nobody is going to stop you.

But it’s naive at best.

Still, your world. Enjoy it.

“suspicion that TWA800 was downed by a sub launched SAM”

There is no such thing as a sub launched SAM.

Think about it.

The most compelling evidence that leads to whoever blew up this tug in Odessa harbour, on the day Russia announced a treaty agreement ceasing operations in Odessa Harbour for 120 days to permit grain exports overseen by the Truks, is the absence of statements from those who have physical evidence about the strike at their fingertips. People who seem so willing to give Kiev the benefit of the doubt probably don’t even know that Leonid Brezhnev was from Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

I probably wouldn’t know the difference between a Kalibre and a HIMAR if it hit me in the face!

The "most compelling evidence" is that Moscow admits they attacked Odessa.

The strike used “high precision” Kalibr missiles, and destroyed Ukrainian “military infrastructure,” Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Sunday.

“Hard to believe Russia on anything these days. They’ve lied way too many times to be trusted.”

But which government in the world is this NOT true of, including the United States?

While it could be a “deep state) operation of some type I would no rule out China or one of the Muslim allianced nations having a hand in this. This agreement was a step back from the war the Russians and Ukrainians were having and it could have led to a winding down of hostilities generally. We also know that there are Technocrat population control minded groups that would like to use starvation as a population control tool!

Your history is flawed. Ukraine isn’t part of NATO. There is no discussion to add it anytime soon either.

You seem unaware we never invaded Cuba. There was a blockade and that was all. No US soldiers or bombs touched Cuban soil.

The situation in Cuba was quite different. Cuba was an openly hostile communist dictatorship Soviet proxy-state which not only murdered and oppressed its OWN people, but also hated our country, fought against our country, and publicly called for us to be destroyed. Plus, it was importing OFFENSIVE nuclear missiles.

No NATO country within 1,000 miles of Russia possesses nuclear weapons. The only NATO country that hosts American nuclear weapons is Germany, which hosts tactical “dumb” bombs (not missiles) far from Russia’s border.

“ Your history is flawed. Ukraine isn’t part of NATO. There is no discussion to add it anytime soon either.”

What about Biden’s hints in a speech in the autumn of 2021 that NATO membership for Ukraine was being considered as well as Kamala’s speech in Poland (IIRC) only a few days before the Russian invasion in which she strongly suggested that UKraine membership in NATO was being seriously considered. Both times political weasel words were probably used though the underlying meaning was clear.
