The DC rumor is that there were many leaks over the last two years to Schumer and Pelosi and they didn’t not reveal them, as agreed.

It’s unlikely that a crime of any kind was committed, so there’s nothing to investigate.
Someone here on FR suggested that all the justices were in on it, and that the purpose of the leak was to let all the leftist hysterics over the decision run its course and lose a lot of steam for weeks before the decision came out.

How do you arrive at that conclusion? Story says nothing about Roberts covering for any leaker.

From the get-go I’ve pointed the finger straight up Robert”s butt!! He is the guilty party ...he leaked trying to convince his colleagues to change their minds. This guy is a backstabbing POS swamp rat! Why do you think they have not fingered that piece of chit? It does not benefit the rats if he is oust they literally slowed down the investigation as soon as the evidence pointed directly at him.
