Turkey says a deal between Ukraine and Russia to unblock grain exports will be signed on Friday.

A control center would be set up in Istanbul to oversee the operation, and Turkish officials would play the main role in checking the vessels to guarantee to Russia that the empty ships were not ferrying weapons back to Ukraine.

Uh, whose Navy and Coast Guard? I'd be more comfortable if it said, "while having their Navy ..."

You have to be extremely gullible to believe the propaganda these .ru sites write just because it is so extremely silly.

As if Ukraine is the one preventing grain export from Ukraine for whatever reason.

Meanwhile Russian propaganda ghouls are openly and gleefully saying how their mighty red army is going to cause starvation in Africa and that means there will be hunger refugees marching toward Europe and that will force Europe to bend under Russia.

The mines are defensive

Why do you want to allow the Russian navy access to Ukraine ports

Agree, if it’s not CNN, I won’t believe it.
