The Florida estate of the late conservative radio legend Rush Limbaugh roughly 2.7-acre Palm Beach estate, with a roughly 24,000-square-foot main house, is set to hit the market with an asking price of $150 million to $175 million.
Limbaugh, who died in February 2021, has multiple structures on Palm Beach's North Ocean Boulevard, in an area and a state that has seen many migrate during the pandemic.
The estate includes about 250 feet of oceanfront property that leads straight on to the beach.
The Presidential Medal of Freedom Winner's widow, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, is in charge of selling the property.
The couple owns two homes that are connected to the main estate, which the radio host bought for about $3.9 million in 1998 and which has been part of the skyrocketing price for the entire area.
Real estate has exploded in the Palm Beach area since the beginning of the pandemic, with sales totaling tens and hundreds of millions of dollars for the likes of Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison.
The main house has seven bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms and a two-story library that can be fully accessed via an elevator.
The mansion also includes hundreds of feet of oceanfront property, as well as a pool and a putting green for golf.
Limbaugh, the radio icon and 'voice of American conservatism', died in February of 2021, aged 70,
He was diagnosed with Stage IV advanced lung cancer back in February 2020, hosted his last radio show on February 2 during which he revealed another host was on standby in case his health deteriorated.
'Well, my friends, that's it. Yet another excursion into broadcast excellence in the can. Enjoyed being with you today, always do. And look forward to the next time,' he said at the conclusion of the show.

Too bad you’re deaf and blind
I miss it, too. Can you just imagine what he would be saying about Biden, and Co.?
His voice is needed now more than ever.
What a whiny envious jerk you are showing yourself to be.
That was a wonderful tribute to him! Well said.
Dear God, did you actually listen to Rush? He reached millions of people and taught them about our Constitution, love of country, respect for the military and charitable giving. He touched many more people than any governor could and built a 30 year relationship with them. He and Mark Levin actually use their programs to present material that is sadly left out of schools today, especially regarding our rights, civics, and how to be responsible and productive citizens to the betterment of our country. I listened to so many callers who remembered hearing Rush when they were seat belted into the backseat of their parents car and the impact he had on their lives as adults to the day he left us. Oh, and he always encouraged people to get involved in the election process, which had an impact on me and other candidates.
Personally and I could be wrong...you are jealous of his monies.
He forgot the fact that the advertisers wanted their ads aired on his program; they wanted that association with Limbaugh.
They paid good money for that message. Nobody forced them into the contract.
That's it, no one can replace him. Sure as hell not Hannity. Shallow and repetitive.
I’ve never listened to his replacements.
The only one who comes close is Tucker Carlson
Ditto all that!!!
How do you know what they do with their money? How do you know the needs of their family and extended family? What business is it of anyone but them? Listeners know he donated to causes such as leukemia, the Marines, homes for veterans, and others that he wouldn’t talk about.
Ditto all that!!!!!!
Bingo!!!
Correct. I was always a conservative. Rush validated and solidified it.
Amen, Osage Orange!!
I miss him every day. I do listen to Clay and Buck daily and they are doing well, but I’m disappointed that they don’t open with Rush’s signature song anymore. It was always so comforting to hear even though you knew Rush’s voice would not follow.
He said he would tell us when it was “time.” Is it time now, dear Rush?
Sarcasm Welcomed. It only required a /s.
If you intended otherwise, I suggest you commit “felon de se!”
CHRIS PLANTE!!!!
Clay and Buck suck along with all the rest
Loved most all the guest hosts and don’t understand why none of them got the gig after Rush passed.
“:^)
I’m not aware of it.
