Here's an interesting story. Ronny Jackson is a physician. He joined the White House medical unit many years ago under President George W Bush. He stayed in that job. He went on to serve as physicians to the two subsequent presidents, Barack Obama and Donald Trump, so Ronny Jackson knows a lot about what it takes to run the country.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Jackson was home watching Joe Biden deliver a speech, and what he saw Biden say bothered him deeply as a physician. Biden had just announced that he was a candidate for the U.S. Senate. Watch.
So, Ronny Jackson saw that and then went on Twitter and he made the obvious point. Joe Biden, before this goes any further, should undergo a cognitive examination.

However, I don't see Cackles wanting Cankles in her cabinet. Cackles will do what she wants and won't follow instructions like the Vegetable did. As VP, Cankles would act like she was President and try to be the real power behind the office. Cackles won't have that.
Our take-away on this is actually quite of concern!
It has been adequately demonstrated for a year and a half that if the media is complicit, the United States can be administered by a puppet President propped up by a shadow group of individuals who are never fully visible!!

TV (electronic images in general) can have all kinds of funny effect on colors, as can lighting, angles, etc.
Jackson was also running for Congress at the time so his opinion is not surprising. As Presidential Physician during the Obama years he was responsible for the Vice Presidents health as well and amazingly managed to miss any indications of dementia during those 8 years. He also agreed to give Trump a cognitive assessment when there was no justification for one. Jackson has a book coming out as well.
