At least 20 people - including three children - are dead and 90 wounded after Russian rockets hit another Ukrainian city in Putin's latest atrocity against civilians.
Three missiles slammed into a nine-storey office block in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya - 450 miles from the Donbas frontline - around 10.50am, partially destroying the building, damaging nearby residential structures, and demolishing a medical centre, emergency services said. Four more missiles were shot down in the area.
'Unfortunately, there is probably no chance of finding anyone who survived (under the rubble),' stated a senior regional emergency service official.
President Zelensky branded Russia 'a terrorist country' as he condemned the attack, which comes off the back of at least six similar strikes in a little over two weeks targeting purely civilian areas across the country.
'Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, directs rockets at civilian objects where there is nothing military.
'What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country.'
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia of committing 'another war crime'.
Ukraine says Putin's men are taking an 'operation pause' before pushing on with their offensive, but that has not stopped them raining down death from a distance.

Had they honored and adhered to the Minsk Agreements they would not be in the position they find themselves in today, and mostly likely Russia would never have intervened on behalf of Ukrainian citizens that identify as Russians, from being slaughtered and harassed for the 8 years since the Euro-Maidan Revolution that took place in Ukraine in February of 2014. Our nation fomented that revolution, and are now using Ukraine as the battleground. Its a cluster-f**k that we have created that makes the Ukrainian people suffer. Anyone supporting this action should be damn well ashamed of themselves. Time to find a peaceful solution.

New evidence has emerged of Ukraine’s Army using contraband Serbian weapons in the war in Donbass. Serbia officially has not exported weapons to Ukraine since the beginning of the armed conflict between Ukraine and the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR). However, Serbian weapons manufactured in 2016 appear to be used by Ukraine’s Army in the war in Donbass.

Brokered by France and Germany, Minsk II again sought to halt the conflict that began when Russia-backed separatists seized swaths of territory following Russia’s 2014 annexation of the Crimean Peninsula.
But years on, there has been no full political settlement and deadly fighting between Ukraine and the rebels continued.
WHAT IS THE ‘MINSK CONUNDRUM?
Ukraine sees the 2015 agreement as an instrument to re-establish control over the rebel territories.
It wants a ceasefire, control of the Russia-Ukraine border, elections in the Donbas, and a limited devolution of power to the separatists – in that order.
Russia views the deal as obliging Ukraine to grant rebel authorities in Donbas comprehensive autonomy and representation in the central government, effectively giving Moscow the power to veto Kyiv’s foreign policy choices.
Only then would Russia return the Russia-Ukraine border to Kyiv’s control.
