So while the WEF feeds crickets to its "pets", what do you think they are having for their meals? All "sustainable" of course.
While there may be some good intentions, why do I have the impression its more about humiliating the hoi polloi?

Feed the crickets to the chickens, and the eggs will have a more balanced nutritional value. Also, the chickens sent to slaughter will have more firmly muscled and marbled drumsticks.
Or the crickets could be added to the feed grist for both swine and cattle, for the extra protein.
But first it has to be economically feasible, providing protein for equal to or less cost than other sources.
They need to raise Cicadas (Jar Fly here) for food. My dogs eat them like candy. I looked it up and they are very nutritious with a lot of protein and not many calories. I even found recipes for humans to eat them!
Maybe it might cut them down some in the wild and not be so many in my yard.
They are also much bigger than crickets.

Whatever you decide, fry them well to gut bacteria and parasites. There’s a store up in Port Royal that sells crickets. Has for years They have a variety of flavors Ranch, Chipotle, I don’t know what all... but they comes in a little box it’s a novelty item. I tried one, it was crispy and tasted like ranch dressing.
Grubs, yeah baby, toasted golden brown with some bbq sauce... um... nah, no way.
I shoot some of my food. Not sure all the things they eat but they taste good. I’m guessing I’ll be doing a lot more of it.
...and so it begins. No doubt they’ll cut their meat herds by an equivalent amount.
Crickets are okay. A little greasy, but ok. Had to eat them in survival school.

I have been hearing nightly that they want us eating bugs, here it is disguised as pet food. key here “selling most to the pet food market”
Today, pet food; tomorrow…protein powder to add to your vegetable diet.
