Looks like the Brandon Media is working hard at peeling the US Senate seats in Missouri and Ohio off the Republican column.

I think this is an attack piece against Schmitt. He has never supported Chappelle-Nadal’s radical ideas, but just supported two middle of the road ideas that she also supported while in state senate. He specifically denounced her violent rhetoric against Trump. Greitens has a bad history on personal and political fronts, and will never get my vote. Meanwhile, Dems really really hope Greitens will win the GOP primary because he is vulnerable. I think that is why Chapelle-Nadal made this ridiculous claim that she and Schmitt worked closely together.
To: DMD13
Schmitt was being touted on posts in this forum as a great Second Amendment supporter protesting to the feds over accessing firearms records.
That just happened hours ago.
There is a Senate race going on a Republican Primary with Schmitt, Eric Greitens and Vicky Hartzler the leading contenders so we get these posts right now.

Actually he is not. It is actually to close to call. It all depends on how well each candidate gets out the vote.

For those who don’t know, the MO Senate has 34 Senators. By its very nature, state senators get to know one another and usually try to get along with one another even if they are politically at odds.
I could be wrong and we’ll see in 4 months, but I believe that if Greitens is the nominee, we’ll lose the seat. His baggage is a whole lot worse than having a former democrat state senator say ‘we got along’.

Greitens, the idiot with the RINO-hunting ad? Is he completely insane or trying to lose on purpose?

I don’t think the former governor can get the woman’s vote muchless the suburban vote. It isn’t the finance stuff but the fling with his hair cutter in his basement and the child abuse quotes from his kids. Such poor judgment on his part. He had great potential but really blew it. He has kept his appearances to only friendly audiences and I am concerned about his ability to debate Trudy Valentine. She has got the sympathy vote for having lost her husband and son. She is the female victim and he is the male predator. Horrible optics.

I can’t vote for him either. He seems like an ego-driven phony. No business exec I spoke to is willing to vote for him or donate to him. Can’t believe that the Trump folks find him acceptable. Who has the better chance in the primary against him…Vicki or Eric?
