Open Records Request Shows Fulton County Made Up 17k Votes In 2020 – Election Should Be Decertified

The Georgia Record was contacted earlier this month by Kevin Moncla, an independent analyst in Dallas, TX who has been submitting open records requests to Fulton County, GA regarding the 2020 election.

Moncla recently filed a complaint with the Georgia State Election Board highlighting inconsistencies found in vote totals on the night of November 8th, 2020 and the following recount in December.

You can read the entire complaint on the PDF below.

Essentially, the vote totals from the general to the recount didn’t match. The recount tally was off by approximately 17,000 votes. After being ordered to ‘reconcile’ the data by Secretary of State Raffensperger, Fulton ‘found’ the 17k votes. However, no paper trail exists for these ballots. No ballot images exist.

Fulton County’s election director emailed the recount’s vote totals as 511,543 on December 3rd — but Fulton County reported the official results as 527,925 a few hours later, wrote Emerald Robinson on Substack on Monday.

Where did Fulton County officials find the extra 16,382 votes in a few hours?

Nobody knows.

Biden won the election by approximately 12,000 votes.

I doubt if they’re doing much work. More like scheming, lazing, whining ...

The fraud works this way:

Deep Blue Precincts create a ballot for every registered voter.
After all cast votes are counted, calculate the difference between total number of votes and the number of registered voters.
That difference is “found” and goes for the Democrat, thereby shifting the state to Democrat.

This only works in statewide races. Congressional races cannot do this.

That is why the GOP will make little to no gains in the Senate this fall. Races in Pennsylvania, Georgia, etc will all be influenced by 100% voter turnout in deep blue precincts....voting for the Democrat.

GA is beyond corrupt. Can’t find the right word but Kemp is so slimy and the whole state is sickly. The worst RINO state in America, as bad or worse than AZ.

The software is fixed here and everybody knows it. The GOP country club southern boy RINOS stink and won’t do anything about it.

Thanks for this analysis. I now see why the Statewide races ad national are easier to commit fraud. New knowledge.

Because that story was debunked right after it happened. It's amazing there are people still repeating this nonsense. It was a story people made up based on a segment of video. But the full video showed it to be false. There were no suitcases. They were proper ballot storage boxes. And they'd been stored there earlier when the workers thought they were going to go home, then pulled back out when they were told to keep working. And there is absolutely no evidence that they were counted multiple times.

You sound like the press.

"These controversial claims are baseless, unfounded, and unsubstantiated. This is sweeping and systemic disinformation. These claims have been debunked, refuted, and completely put to rest. No credible evidence exists to support these shakey assertions, and numerous fact-checkers have marked these allegations as FALSE. Based on the reports of these fact-checkers alone, there is no further need to investigate these outlandish claims. They have been thoroughly discredited and contradicted. Continuing to push these far-fetched conspiracies, in the form of Russian lies, is sedition."

These blue precincts did not have any GOP poll watchers or ballot counters. Remember several getting thrown out?

Also, look at 2020 results....GOP won seats in the House but lost seats in the Senate. Biden's record 81 million votes did not have coat-tails for congressional seats. Only Senate seats.

Regardless of corrupt Congress's rare acknowledgement of state sovereignty concerning allegedly stolen 2020 election, the Constitution's Article IV, Section 4, also Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, obligates (imo) the federal government to investigate states who allegedly weaken the voting power of qualified, ordinary citizen voters.
Excerpted from 14th Amendment:

H O W E V E R...

The alleged election-stealing, elite Democratic and RINO-pirated federal government is stubbornly refusing to do its constitutionally enumerated duties to investigate possible election problems despite persistent concerns about integrity of 2020 elections imo.

Corrections, insights welcome.

And speaking of elections, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents in federal and state governments. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.

Again, insights welcome.
