proposed changes to the regulations that help elementary and secondary schools and colleges and universities implement this vital legislation...
... ... . The proposed amendments will restore crucial protections for students who are victims of sexual harassment, assault, and sex-based discrimination – a critical safety net for survivors that was weakened under previous regulations. The ...... ...proposed regulations.... will advance educational equity and opportunity for women and girls across the country to ensure that every student in America, ...... ....from kindergarten through a doctorate degree,.. can achieve her dreams..
. The proposed regulations will advance Title IX's goal of ensuring that no person experiences sex discrimination, sex-based harassment, or sexual violence in education.....
. .. The proposed regulations would:
Clearly protect students and employees from all forms of sex discrimination. Provide full protection from sex-based harassment....

Now I hear the progs are trying to back door title 9 by making sexual preference a protected civil right.
( this is a particularly evil bait and switch duel use scam attempt. )
They are attempting to use the dept of education agency.... ,, to declare regulations within schools ,,,for a protected civil right ,,,,sans legislation ,,, to sexual preference.,,,,, .
1. It gets men in school locker rooms and sports.
2. It grants students ( even minor students) sexual preference civil rights. ,, Defacto sexual consent civil right for children.
Boom, backdoor ground up legalized pedosexualism.
I can’t beleive the warroom missed this.
And here is the guy they've picked to do this..
Entergy diversity officer to lead expanded LSU office dedicated to Title IX, civil rights

.. . "When I look at the office of inclusion, civil rights and Title IX, bringing these three components together really makes sense," Manuel said. "It makes sense because the common thread that runs through all three of these offices and that's equity."
...
correction
This is just the guy at LSU,,
But it also says
“Todd brings the leadership and experience needed to ....
...
..build a true national model ....
.
for an integrated approach for inclusion, civil rights and Title IX.”
no enumerated power for this agency to even exist
And as the PHD said to Hawley
Speaking against , is violence.
So we won’t even be allowed to say a child does not have a civil right to sexual preference/activity ya pervs.
ARREST ALL of the progressive leftist BASTARDS AND B*TCHES who promote this GARBAGE.

Questioning if men can have babies ‘opens up trans people to violence’: UC Berkeley professor
Does this mean saying Girls have cooties in the third grade will get you expelled?
Just draw a picture of a gun and shoot me.
Back to kangaroo courts where an accusation alone is treated as proof of guilt and the guy gets punished for it. Back to no opportunity to confront your accuser, no evidence required to support the accusations etc.
Yet another thing to be reversed 180 degrees on day one of the 2nd Trump administration.

This seminar explores Reproductive Justice (“RJ”) as a paradigm for understanding reproductive oppression - that is, the subordination of individuals through their bodies, sexualities, and abilities to reproduce. The RJ paradigm picks up where a reproductive rights framework ends. It contends that the fight for equality and dignity in matters relating to reproduction continues beyond a successful argument that the Constitution ought to protect a “right” to privacy, “right” to access contraception, or “right” to an abortion. An RJ framework observes that “rights” are given meaning - and lose meaning - according to the race, class, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, and physical and mental ability (among other attributes) of the rights bearer. As such, RJ analyzes reproductive experiences within a complex context and with respect to the multiple statuses of the persons involved. Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to analyze social issues through an RJ lens and develop legal and non-legal strategies for addressing these issues.
This is discrimination against men.
Department of Education.
A collection of misfits, little toads, turds, and losers.
Get rid of them. To mimic Emperor Palpatine, “Wipe them out, all of them.”
Rememer, it’s your children. The death of a collection of low-IQ losers is a mere blip in time.
Pursuant to the 10th Amendment the Department of Education should be closed permanently.
Trump should file legislation to this effect before he sits down following his swearing in ceremony.
I thought Betsy Devos would take at least a few baby steps in the direction of closing. To mine and I’m sure millions of others dismay, she didn’t do a damn thing.
There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the federal government ANY power to run education
Just because Jimmy Carter decided to create a Department of Education does not give the federal government the power to do so.
We have laws on the books for all this stuff and don’t need new or more laws for schools. If you are sexually harassed in K-whatever, you have laws for that and are protected. Never ever let the schools dictate these things, ever!!
What are “men”?
I’m not a biologist.
More laws just for having more laws really only benefits those who administer them and those who try to find clients to sue over them.
All Republicans have to do is make a commercial, with several girls who’ve lost races to pretending AKA transgender women and/or girls who’ve lost scholarships to pretend women. End ad with, ‘This is what democrats want to impose onto you and your children. VOTE REPUBLICAN!’
How can they protect women when they can’t even define what a woman is?
