Two of the seven juveniles who allegedly beat an elderly man to death with a traffic cone last month in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, turned themselves in on Monday to authorities.
According to local media, two unidentified brothers, ages 14 and 10, turned themselves in to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit for their involvement in the murder of 73-year-old James “Simmie” Lambert. Currently, the suspects have not received formal charges.
Authorities released security camera footage last week showing the group of teens violently beating Lambert with traffic cones. They described the suspects as “four black males and three black females who appear to be in their early to mid-teens.”
“The teens struck the victim several times with objects, knocking the victim to the ground causing injuries to his head,” Philadelphia PD said. “The victim was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries the following day.”
The video shows the suspects chasing Lambert across the street before one clocks him in the back of the head with a traffic cone that knocked him down. Another teen then picks up the cone and throws it at the elderly man while he’s on the ground. Lambert then gets up and attempts to get away, but the group of juveniles once again pursues him before they are out of the camera’s frame.
NBC10 reported video surveillance shows the suspects leaving the crime scene with one hopping on a scooter and talking to another young person walking alongside him right after the attack. They can later be seen gathering again, with one teen mimicking a person stumbling.
Authorities transported Lambert to a nearby hospital, where he died the following day.

I have some that are 3-foot long like in the photo, and they in total probably only weight a few pounds (Home Depot). But, if it was 10 pounds and is at the end of a 3-foot long cone (or lever/handle), that’s like swinging a sledge hammer to increase the force when it hits.
Or they just took turns stomping on his head which is common.
The outcome of society that coddles juvenile thugs.
Oh, don’t believe this. Every commercial I see in television shows solidly upper middle class black families, with two kids . One boy, one girl. And all the doctors, dentists, veterinarians in commercials are black, usually female. So where are these kids coming from, since every commercial shows them highly educated and successful. Oh, and the white dudes get to play the uninformed, loser, dufus who needs the black person in authority to advise them.
Don’t these children understand the affect they’re having on home appraisals?
I have noticed that almost every commercial has the black people and families dancing or jiving, which I find really racist. I would also like to add, light skinned blonde women have disappeared like the Dodo bird.
And these, ladies and gentlemen, are the very “people” the lamestream media demand we embrace. Kowtowing and virtue signaling obviously do not cause subhuman species to adhere and follow rules of civilized behavior. After years and trillions of dollars wasted, this group continues to reinforce every negative stereotype ever muttered about them on a daily basis.
Leftists just can’t stop being racist I guess. Only question is who will they be racist against.

You have to give those parent(s) credit for doing the right thing, even if for the wrong reasons, like trying to get the best deal, which may not be the case. Many blacks in Philly are descendants of colonial-era freedmen, and are church-going victims of the same thug culture in their own neighborhoods. Christian Street in South Philadelphia, for blocks and blocks from Broad St to Grays Ferry Avenue, has one black church after another all the way along. Just sayin.'

It never fails to amaze me how many of these street monsters wear easy-to-recognize articles of clothing or hairstyles while doing their monstrosities. Even if the cops don't identify them, their family members, friends, or gang rivals know who they are. Look at the kid in the back with the white sweatshirt and a lock of hair bleached blond in the front. The three in the middle have graphic tees or hangbag. Even the one on the right in his mom's loose t-shirt has those certain plastic sandals.
Finally a story about a 10 year old that is true.

Maryland is one-third black. Some of our population were born in Africa, having migrated in the past 20 years. The several African-born families in our 100-house HOA are good Christians and among our best neighbors. They are grateful to be here, to be able to live and work in comparative safety; and are also appalled at black A-A culture and attitudes.
