I think you’ve reversed it. I do willingly trade security for liberty. I deserve liberty, I can create security.

The class and test is a one time deal for first time applicants. That’s not an unreasonable burden and is specifically required under state law.
There’s a huge difference between that and the mandatory ANNUAL class and test that Moore is advocating.
Relatively free states like PA are mainly interested in revenue. The fedgov is mainly interested in control.
