Just plead the 5th to every question. You owe these people anything. Doesn’t matter what it looks like. Anyone Paying attention knows this is a witch hunt

I have a sneaking suspicion this isn’t going to go in the direction the witch trial stooges are intending.

The credibility if the J6 committee is pretty much gone. Probably the easiest way to get through this is to testify.

The ‘rats are doing everything in their power to try and indict Trump on some bogus charge that would prevent him from running in ‘24. I guess Trump decided it was better to allow Bannon to testify to give his side of the story instead of just allowing the ‘rats to bulldoze something through without challenging their version of things.

Mr. Bannon has been authorized to testify by Mr. Trump
= = =

So, this is evidence of Witness Tampering by Trump!

Ooooh, Steve was SO scared of jail time/fines that he knuckled under is the tone of the article .... until deep into it, it mentions WHY Steve will testify & that is because Trump released Steve from executive privilege ...

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, Gateway Pundit has the letter from Trump to Steve:

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/07/breaking-trump-waives-executive-privilege-steve-bannon-willing-testify-sham-jan-6-committee-thugs-hacks-get-real/

From link (has entire letter):

Bannon’s reversal comes after he received a letter from former President Donald Trump waiving executive privilege, although both the House select committee and federal prosecutors contend that privilege claim never gave Bannon carte blanche to ignore a congressional subpoena in the first place.

“When you first received the Subpoena to testify and provide documents, I invoked Executive Privilege. However, I watched how unfairly you and others have been treated, having to spend vast amounts of money on legal fees, and all of the trauma you must be going through for the love of your Country, and out of respect for the Office of the President,” Trump wrote in a Saturday letter to Bannon, which was also obtained by CNN.

“Therefore, if you reach an agreement on a time and place for your testimony, I will waive Executive Privilege for you, which allows you to go in and testify truthfully and fairly” Trump added, as he went on to decry the committee of “Thugs and Hacks.”

All it takes is a bunch of “I can’t recalls” and you’re outta there. Works for the Clintoons every time.

Bannon citing executive privilege when he was not employed at White House during the time in question, has always seemed weird to me. I obviously have missed something re how long executive privilege applies.

What I do assume is Bannon has zero damning evidence to share against Trump. It’s all just bs.

Since when did this become Trump’s “plan to overturn the election”

The plan was to HAVE ALL THE FRAUD investigated.

It’s either jails and fines or a ride on the waterboard.

With his criminal trial for contempt of Congress approaching, Stephen K. Bannon,

Did I miss Eric Holder’s contempt of Congress trial? I know he was held in contempt, but the memory of his criminal trial eludes me.

“Mr. Trump has grown frustrated that one of his fiercest defenders has not yet appeared before the committee, people close to him said.”

Something about the Tar-Baby story fits in here.

He should take the 5th. A DC jury would convict him no matter what he said on the merits, true or false.

Perhaps he will quote Hillary?

“Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, ‘I do not recall,’ ‘I have no recollection,’ and ‘I don’t know’ a total of 56 times while under oath.”
