Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin has been sentenced to more than 20 years on federal charges in George Floyd's killing. He is already jailed on state murder charges.

These civil rights charges are all bogus and they are never used for anything except political purposes. It is just a way around double jeopardy. How do you murder someone without violating their civil rights? They are one and the same crime.
In the time of our Founding Fathers, fifty armed men would've shown up at the jail and demanded Chauvin's release.

Chauvin was aware that Floyd was on fentanyl
Saint Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose.
And he didn’t kill Floyd... Floyd killed Floyd— ‘I can’t breathe....!” Because of the amount of Fentanyl found in his toxicology blood tests— Respiratory suppression levels in the dude who was SELLING the crap. Some hero. And this officer needs to be pardoned- won’t be joebama doing it. After all Smollett is OUT!
He would then be sent back to Minnesota to serve out the remainder of his sentence there. Trump can’t issue a pardon for a state conviction.
