At least the Russians will develop and exploit the massive oil deposits in Alaska.”
That is true, the US is wasting those assets. Since oil from all other countries is clean, we could buy the oil from Russia and not deplete our emergency oil supply.

A tank battle in Alaska seems a dubious proposition.

How many? None. We bought Alaska from Russia fair and square, just like we bought New Mexico and Arizona from Mexico, and Russia bought Crimea from the Ottoman Turks.
Hawaii, OTOH, we outright stole at gunpoint.

Is our woke military, filled with females, fags and trans, tenacious as our military in 1942.
I almost thought of adding that question, but didn’t want to insult what I hope would be the majority of our military. That said, I cannot imagine any flag-rank officer saying something like, “When we’re finished with them Russian will be a language spoken only in hell’.

I'm feeling sort of like this lately. Virginia can rejoin the South too, except for Yankee Occupied Northern Virginia. Give YONV to Sodom On The Potomac, DC. It's a lost cause.

How many Freepers want Alaska to become a part of Russia again? Well they might at least open up drilling and ease the man made shortage. </s>

What if the Russians ask for the return of San Francisco? They never owned it. Russia claims extended in Northern California to Ft. Ross dozens of miles to the north of San Francisco (which was named Yerba Buena when the Spanish owned the area). The Spanish were set to go to war with Russia when Russian ships sailed into SF Bay, but the Spaniards couldn't get their cannons ready to fire in time. The Russians met and dined with the Spaniards, and said they had no interest in SF. The Spaniards were flabbergasted. Russians pulled out of the region after depleting seals and sea lions.
The Russians would certainly not want SF now.

As the mother of an Airborne staff sergeant, they would tip off the Russian heads and piss down their stumps.
Only the damn career a$$ kissers of Bidens and Austin could stop them from achieving total massacre.

That’s pretty tough talk. My son in law is in the 82nd. He was in Afghanistan last August. We all saw how that worked out. The military is filled with incompetent leftists. I know for a fact that goes all the way down to many BC’s. It’s not just a Pentagon problem.

Wars widen. In war, when one part of your country is attacked, you retaliate by attacking a part of his. Preferable an enclave, like Kaliningrad. Russia attacks Ukraine, Lithuania attack Russia’s enclave Kaliningrad.
The US helps in the fight against Russia in their fight to take Ukraine, which they claim is their enclave; Russia threatens to take Alaska, an enclave of the US, which they claim is theirs. Wars widen.
