If there is a big war with Russia, and they win, Alaska will become part of the Russian Federation so fast your head would spin. I could see Putin making Steven Segal, Governor-General of Alaska and lots of new settlers and oil production. So America really has two choices. A) don’t Go to war with Russia and B) If you do—don’t lose!

Democrats and RINOs would do nothing if Russia invaded Alaska. Alaska is evil. It produces oil. Plus, Alaska isn’t a foreign nation where we have zero national interest. These pieces of schiff care more about Ukraine than the invasion on the southern border. Why would they change their principles?
Is this any more than bluster on the part of this Russian official? Russia’s navy is inferior to ours, even with the degradation it has suffered under the current regime. How would the Russians transport men and materiel into northeast Siberia for an invasion. Crossing the Bering Strait with enough divisions to conquer Alaska would be a feat that surpassed D-Day, as the Allies were just a few miles away and had good infrastructure in England, as well as in France.
I’m pretty sure that’ll never happen.

Many forget that the Japanese successfully invaded and occupied two of the Aleutian Islands—where they froze their butts off for a couple of years. It was a part of their Midway operation that worked out so well for them. We took one of the islands back after hard fighting and the Japanese evacuated the other.
Now, is the Russian army as tenacious as the 1942 Japanese army?

1/4th would be ~700 tanks. So when I say that Russia has lost 1/4th of its tanks, that would be an AT LEAST 25% and may be much higher.
