The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is preparing to cite the United States’ largest oil field for violating ozone pollution standards, a move that will threaten the end of oil and gas production in the region.
According to the Texas Governor’s Office, the proposed regulations will directly affect the Permian Basin, the largest oil field in the United States, accounting for 95,000,000 gallons of gasoline per day or 40% of the oil produced domestically.

I work in the oil industry.
I am of the opinion that the industry should really cease complying with capricious and unreasonable Fed regulations.
Do not comply.
Time for Texas to declare Nullification on FedGov DeepMarxistState. Tell them PoundSand.
The ruling is so vaguely worded that it means very little. The ruling is full of holes. The USSC does not have the guts to issue a clear and direct ruling to the effect that only congress has the constitutional right to create law.
Then Texas can close the Mexican border...and any highway that crosses state lines (I-10, I-40, etc.)
No one is going to declare war on DC, after what happened to the truckers in Canada who tried doing something similar. It’s the courts and only the courts, now.
Yup. The Biden regime and RINO sock puppets work for the WEF/Soros. Any benefits to China are incidental.
Take that Putler!
The way this administration can continue to do things that totally wrecks the economy and hurt the average american family all while knowingly becoming more and more unpopular and out of touch makes you wonder if they even care about the upcoming election? Its almost like they feel like they have a plan and can do whatever they want without fear of an election? Like maybe something is rigged?
NO WAY in HELL will they have any long term success with their plans to “Save the Planet”. Number one, it isn’t even necessary. Number two, they are truly insincere about the need for such plans. Number three, they’re so stupid, ignorant and incompetent that if we really did need a plan to save the planet, they wouldn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of succeeding anyway.
They’re gonna need a bigger gaslight because the American people aren’t falling under their spell, which is no spell at all. It’s one of the biggest bullshit stories in all of human history! Take those windmills, solar panels and EV’s and shove them all up your asses.
The states must fight back this tyranny. If the Federal Government is allowed to exert this supreme power over the states, then just abolish all the state governments and erect nice roadside signs commemorating those once charming state borders.
Indeed lights will be on late tonight in the WH.
Who gave the EPA this kind of power?

Tricky Dickie Noxious Nixon.
It’s not O3-ozone, it’s “smog ozone”; a jumble of combustion emissions.
Chinese are not that evil.

Tell it to the Uyghurs as they are sent off to have their organs removed ...
......generally speaking, I think “Arresting the Feds” (meaning regulators, FBI agents, U.S. Marshalls etc;) is precisely what this country is coming to.
When and if that starts happening, we will have to just let the chips fall where they may.
As Thomas Jefferson famously said, and that has been repeated here on FR hundreds of time.......”the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants”.
Simple answer: Tell the EPA to get stuffed and keep drilling.
Hire armed guards to repel the inevitable EPA SWAT team.
Lets get this party started.
They hate Texas.
In case sentient America hasn’t realized it yet, Democrats and leftists are now showing us the ‘stick.’
The ‘carrot?’ That was their BS pandering to segments of this country that constitute no more than 20% of its population. Anger, vehemence, violent rhetoric and outright criminal dominance (ala Covid ‘vaccines’) are the only thing they offer. Comply or die.....
