Earlier in this session, the SC also had the opportunity to defang the administrative state by overturning Chevron defference. Sadly they declined to go that far. Hoping something can be docketed for the next session regarding that.

This ruling is a long overdo slap-down of EPA bureaucrats who think they can make laws all on their own. I sure hope this ruling will be applied to EVERY federal department.
