This ruling is a long overdo slap-down of EPA bureaucrats who think they can make laws all on their own. I sure hope this ruling will be applied to EVERY federal department.

I sure hope this ruling will be applied to EVERY federal department. Every agency created in the 1970s to placate rioting hippies needs to be abolished.
