Do you really want to see a rearmed Germany? WW1 and WW2 should have taught the world that an armed Germany is not a good thing.
I don’t think you can entirely blame Germany for WW1. Although some have that opinion.
I agree with you on RINOs. My opinion of them since George Bush Jr has steadily been dropping. But the drop steepened with Trump whom overall did a very good job and I voted for him twice.
Agreed, but Germany with a large well trained army has historically been a bad thing for the rest of Europe and the USA.

Yes you have a point but consider the following:
As example there is an argument Russia threw gas on the fire so to say.
After Duke Ferdinand was assainated by the Black Hand, Nicholas of Russia announced full mobilization on July 30. This was clearly a warIke move and Germany demanded Russia Demobilize.
Germany requested THREE time Russia demobilize and each time Russia refused. (The German ambassadors hand was said to clearly be shaking on the 3rd time when he handed over the DOW from Germany. Clearly he didn’t want the war.)
So Germany then mobilized on July 31 and DOW on Russia on August 1.
Russia in fact invaded Germany first launching an offensive into Prussia on August 17.
A whole slew of following DOWs occurred as Europe had all these idiotic pacts that called for war and the resulting mess was 17 million good people dead.

So good old Russia might have been able to avert WW1 if they would have shown restraint. We will never know.

Scott Ritter’s “crime” was exposing the false Iraq WMD narrative used to get us into that war, leading to 100s of thousands of deaths and a shattered nation.
It’s going to be interesting to see how the EU is going to create this force. My guess is that the member nations will simply chop their national forces into this “readiness force” and declare it ‘done’. But to have a true “readiness force” you have to equip and train that force to operate in combined arms. Where is Europe’s version of the National Training Center/Red Flag/Top Gun? Realistic training is very expensive.
I don’t think many of the people in charge today know enough history to understand what you just said.
It would be interesting to give Biden and Harris a broad General history test over events of the last 200 years or so.
I’d love to see their scores compared to an average person (with same level of education—apples to apples you know).
