Trump opened his Saturday night Save America rally by praising the Supreme Court for its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
Trump said:
. . . . . . This breakthrough is the answer to the prayers of millions and millions of people. And these prayers have gone on for decades and decades. They’ve been praying, and now those prayers have been answered.
“To the generations of Americans in the pro life movement, as well as countless constitutional conservatives, your boundless love, sacrifice, and devotion has finally been rewarded in full. Congratulations,” Trump said.

As the candidate in 2016, You remember that? — We did better the second time but let’s not say that. Did a lot better the second time we did a lot better in 2020 — I promised to nominate judges and justices who would stand up for the original meaning of the Constitution and who would honestly and faithfully interpret the law as written. We got almost 300 federal judges, and three great Supreme Court justices confirmed to do exactly that.
Trump applauded the Court for finding the “courage” to overturn Roe v. Wade and bring the abortion rights debate back to state legislatures.

Not sure of that. I think we all want to end abortion. This ruling helps for sure but it’s not the end, far from it.
Really? Well almost 100% of the news stories show people talking about how terrible the SCOTUS ruling is.

Donald Trump said the overturning of the landmark Supreme Court decision giving women the right to abortion “will happen, automatically,” if he is elected president and gets to appoint justices to the high court.
“I am pro-life,” Trump said during Wednesday night’s presidential debate when asked whether he wanted that decision, Roe v. Wade, reversed by the Supreme Court.
Trump said that if the ruling were to be reversed, laws on the legality or illegality of abortion would “go back to the individual states” to decide, which was the case prior to Roe v. Wade.
But when moderator Chris Wallace pressed him on whether he wanted the ruling overturned.
Trump said, “That will happen, automatically in my opinion!” because he would get to nominate potentially several justices to the court.
In response, Hillary Clinton said, “I strongly support Roe v. Wade.”
“I will defend Roe v. Wade, I will defend a woman’s right to make her own decision,” Clinton said.
She criticized Trump for having said in the past that a woman should be punished if she got an abortion when it was made illegal.
Trump fired back, saying Clinton was in favor of partial-birth abortions being legal, which meant that a fetus could be “ripped out” of a mother’s womb a day before she was due to give birth.

I’ll take the win and it’s a big win for sure. Just hope we keep on winning. The goal is to change hearts and minds. Killing babies is murder and should be illegal in all states, like it used to be.

I wanted to see it reversed, not for moral reasons. I wanted to see it reversed because it was unconstitutional. It was blocked by th 10th Amendment which says:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
I’m very glad for the outcome but I’m afraid this will push the latest California infanticide bill (2223) over the top.
Nothing ended, WTF doesn’t anyone read, doesn’t anyone comprehend Substantive due process and it’s shift from the fed to the states?
The news is misreporting, overseas news is misreporting, Trump just misreported, the Dems don’t know what the hell they’re talkin about... I guess the protests are pissed off Hamiltonian Federalists, because RvW went to the states to administrate.

Introduce and help pass a bill to declare abortion infanticide. (Why wouldn’t this work?)
The goal is to get people to value life and no abort pregnancies. That used to be the case, now life is taken with little to no concern. Truth is woman will still get all the abortions they want in CA, NY, NM, and a bunch of other states.
