Video making the rounds on social media shows a Miami-Dade police officer’s comments to a man during a traffic stop, News 6 partner WPLG reported.
The stop took a threatening turn for the driver, who was heading to work.
“Give me your driver’s license, registration and insurance,” the officer says in the video....
The MDPD officer then made a very bold statement to the man.
“Simple thing, man. This is how you guys get killed out here, man,” the officer said.

Glad I'm not in FL anymore. Shortly before we left I got pulled over for no seat belt. $116.00 ticket. It's $10.00 here in MO and they won't pull you over just for that. You only get the no seat belt ticket when they pull you over for something else and you're not wearing one. Most people here drive around without one. I wear one when I'm doing 55 on these hilly curvy two lane highways but pop it off when I get into town and am doing 25-35 mph. I wear it on the interstate too.

I ALWAYS feel SORRY for the poor cop who pulls me over!
He has to stand partly in the road risking his LIFE for pennies to give me a ticket because I was being an idiot!
I say sincerely how sorry I am as polite as possible the same way I would be to any over worked unpaid person dealing with me and other BS.

Because the person in the video is an actual African man.
An acquaintance of mine is a diplomat from Ghana who drives around DC with diplomatic plates and he gets stopped all the time by idiots with badges who ‘are just checking’ and who make demands for ID, registration, licenses, and then ignorantly deny that State Department credentials are valid ID for diplomats.
Each one of these idiotic and needless interactions is literally an international incident. And it would get even worse if some low-IQ jacktard with a badge were to shoot a diplomat for protesting the flagrant violation of their rights.

I don’t think the average citizen..or non citizen realize the craziness city police deal with on a nearly daily basis.
Not that ever cop is a angel.
But no way I could do that job.
I first realized how stressful job was when I pulled over in a work area to ask a officer for directions
He told me I was lucky he didn’t shoot me for walking up from behind.
It took me a back a little bit I didn’t take offense.
He was a black cop if it matters to those who keep track of such things.
This video is obviously incomplete. I look forward to seeing the whole video so that the officer can be exonerated. I feel sorry for the cops having to deal with these uncivilized cretins.
I once got a flat tire on I-5 leaving Seattle during Friday nite rush hour...I was in the left (fast) lane...flat on my right front. (Traffic flying by). A WA State Patrol officer stopped, and changed my tire...I was sooo thankful.

The video was almost assuredly edited to cut those parts out, like most videos that claim racism are.
I’m guessing there is some selective editing here.
The driver was likely combative and initially started to argue and would not turn over his documents.
That’s what usually happens when things escalate.
I’m sure his parents taught him better than that. Probably a model, compliant student, too. I wonder when he lost his respect for authority?
She has a “straight hair perm”. Black people have nappy hair; white people have straight hair. That’s cultural appropriation and I that offends me so much that I can’t sleep at night. Fire her.
