New footage shows Ukrainian troops obliterating a Russian tank and two infantry fighting vehicles using British M777 howitzers.
Aerial footage purports to show the 81st Airmobile Brigade using the long-range weapons to target the vehicles.
The Command of the Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said: 'Gunners of the 81st Brigade of the DShV [Ukrainian Air Assault Forces] destroyed one tank and two infantry fighting vehicles of the Russian invaders.
'The video shows the successful work of artillery soldiers of the 81st Airmobile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who, using British M777 155-mm field howitzers, destroyed equipment and manpower of the racists.
'In particular, one tank and two infantry fighting vehicles of the Russian occupiers - along with their crews - were turned into scrap metal. Death to the Russian occupiers! DShV - Always First! Glory to Ukraine!'
It is the latest blow to Russian forces who have suffered heavy losses to personnel and military hardware in their costly four-month invasion.

British M777 howitzers?
British corporation BAE Systems builds them, but the UK doesn’t use them.
Those are AMERICAN M777 howitzers in Ukraine.
With the new technologies armored fighting vehicles and naval surface combatants are obsolete death traps.

In modern dollars this would mean $1 trillion.
Globohomo strikes back!
And anyone who doesn’t move continually or hide very well is quickly targeted and eliminated.
And yet Ukraine is losing the war miserably.....
Russia is losing.

The Russian MoD spokesperson explained that as a result of the strike, more than 50 generals and officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed, including representatives of the General Staff.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced, on Sunday, that more than 50 Ukrainian generals and officers were killed in a strike on a command center in the Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense Spokesperson, Igor Konashenkov, said, in a press statement, that long-range, high-precision Kalibr missiles launched from the sea yesterday hit the headquarters of the Ukrainian forces near the village of Shiroka Dacha in the Dnipropetrovsk province, while the leaders of the Alexandria strategic operational group were holding a work meeting.
Konashekov explained that as a result of the strike, more than 50 generals and officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed, including representatives of the General Staff, the leadership of the Kakhovka Group, the air assault forces, and the formations operating on the Nikolaev and Zaporozhye axes.
The UK bought and then shipped them to Ukraine. The UK does not have to use them to buy them.
Never happened, but makes a nice bit of propaganda for trolls to spout.
Does this article mean the promised long range super howitzers and ralated equipment are finally arriving where they can do some good, and are doing it? How far from the enemy can they stay and be effective, and what are similar figures for the Russian equipment?
Unfortunately the Western equipment is arriving in ‘dumbed down’ condition. Sensitive parts are stripped and sometimes work arounds can be substituted.
Regardless of specs, if old ammo is supplied, then the range is very much reduced. Worse, without dedicated artillery drones, the modern pieces are no more effective than any other piece. Drones are the modern equivalent of FAOs.
What I’m saying is there is no way for long range tubes to correct and adjust their fire. There is no counter to the Orc’s dedicated Orlon 10 with its 5km altitude, 16 hour duration, and 365 mile range. Commercial drones are not anywhere near adequate for artillery.
I can find lots of stories of the UK purchasing and donating M109 self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine, but nothing about the UK donating M777 towed howitzers.
I do find stories about the US donating M777s.
Is your Google-fu better than mine, and do you have a link to UK donated M777s?
• Second in Command of Al-Qaeda, ISIS, ISIL
• Russian General or Colonel in Ukraine.
• Russian vehicle crew trying to cross a river in Ukraine.
Not everything that happens during wartime is in the press, you should realize. And what’s so astounding to you about the UK buying weapons made in its own country and donating them elsewhere?
Because the are NOT made in their own country. It was designed in their country, and some components are manufactured in their country, but 70% of the components of the M777, including the barrel, is made in the US, and the howitzer is assembled and tested in the US.
I'm questioning the label that the M777 is a British howitzer.
Maybe it’s British the same way I have a Turkish Ford Transit Connect van.
